How does the new liberal/left siding with genetics exclusively for sexual behavior conflict with how they say every other behavior in catagories of people is environment?

Isn't fair to say it's always Half genetics and half environment/experience when it comes to behavior? Unless you will try to say homosexuality is not a behavior-- and all behavior DOES in fact come down to choice of actions, in that case, how do you explain bisexuality? transvestites, S&M, and the other multitudes of sexual deviances (meaning exclusively the deviation from the "norm' in nature)?
Being attracted to children is extremely popular all throughout the world, and goes back through the ages, People throughout the world STILL take child brides of 9. but you would never dare to say that they can not control their actions because perhaps they were 'born' like that.
So what if they were, so what if they were molested on top of that? Controlling ones behavioral actions does indeed come down to choice.

I've been in San Diego many times and I've fallen in love with the city. The people there are nice. I even got to talk to a lady there at a checkout lane at a store, and the clerk there. Yeah they're very nice.

I've never been to LA even though my first and last initials are LA lol!!

Ok well I bought this book called "How to make it as a Hollywood Assistant"

They said that LA people are rude, vicious, impatient and the bosses blame you on everything. (which I don't mind because they need to vent off their stress somewhere right?)

So what would you suggest?

I am looking for actual examples of people who have overcome tough obstacles in life without psychiatry or drugs. I have seen many self-help guides and I am not looking for advice, but for real-life people who have had it rough and have overcome the problems - without pharma and psychiatric "help".

Especially where drugs, psych treatment or even instituionalization was advised but was refused or avoided.

And, whoever you are.. not to sound trite, you're awesome! (Not to beat up on anyone else, but your particular accomplishments in the face of all the pressure to take a pill are really very significant.)

There are people being slaughtered over the world involving religious and political motives that are being totally ignored by the mainstream media because of those who are the decision makers at these media giants. There are extreme injustices here at home that involve the judicial system, education, spousal abuse and children that are so hungry they can not study nor learn. Yet we as a nation are represented by the 3-4 % of the masses who have always been the work horses fighting these injustices. Have we indeed lost our capacity to care or has the violence and pornography shown daily on the TVs and in the movies produced by Hollywood created a populace that would rather see people kill each other as brutally as possible rather than feed the hungry, clothe the naked and care for the sick? We seem to cheer the "shock and awe" campaigns of death and destruction that produce the wars of greed and corruption than we do the miracle of a marine saving a child's life. Think about it.

Saddam was found guilty of creating a situation that killed a few hundred people but it did bring order to Iraq.

Bush has created a situation that has killed over half a million people and Iraq is now a chaotic death trap for both Iraqis and Americans.

They hung Saddam for what he did.

could you set your mind to think of people of the same sex in a loving way for the next five minutes? I have had people tell me they won't because it is "immoral" but frankly, I know I can't do it, and if you aren't gay, then you probably can't either. This would tell us that it isn't a choice.
