I would like to communicate with my guides and angels. I just want a sign that they're always around. What is the best way to go about this?

They are always willing to help but they will never do anything just to prove to someone that they actually exist. If you can't have that much faith on your own, you are not ready for anything else they can do for you either.
Ask in a meditation about the things that are troubling you. Be open to the answer because it is likely to be something very different from what you might expect. After all if you understood it well would it be perplexing to you?
Be sincere in your requests for guidance, you can not fool something that has known your every thought for all of eternity.

2 cor. 11:14 says that satan can masquarade as an angel, so I would just ask God to guide you then try to communicate with some spirit guide, not knowing if it were an Angel or satan himself disquized as a spirit guide. Be careful little one.

Guides and angels are agents of GOD .If you are really honest about your quest, just find some quite time each day and tell GOD to show you his ways, to teach you love and how to be a better channel of his LOVE, you are bound to grow in wisdom knowledge and understanding.

ur real n ultimate guide is God only,he comes in the form of person or a thing or anybody,they r just means to speak to u in this world,otherwise its God only who guides each time cuz he loves u.
Try to extract every 'Good' thing from around u which goes...be ur own guide,speak to God,n he'll speak to u himself,n this he'll do by making u realize what is right,by opening ur eyes,u'll urself start knwing n understanding ur problems,n u'll be able to find solutions to them on ur own,n all this will eb done by GOd.What u got to do is simply remember him always.always keep him in mind,miss him,speak to him,by speaking to urself,cuz he lives nowhere eles but within ur heart itself..God Bless!

everyday thank them for being there,, i try to more than that,, i can feel them there,, they like when you talk to them,, they are your very old friends that you have known for a very long time,, sometimes they will answer and sometimes they wont, you have to be aware of the signs ,,they protect me all the time,, i wish you joy arthur
