Im Catholic "by birth" but i'd like to have an open mind and would actually be described as "in search of truth". I used to read & research books/publications by other religious denominations but I'd like to explore the internet w/ regards to this endeavor. I have read 3 different times, that a man is repulsed by the woman he has just had sex with. He doesn't want to touch her or even talk to her immediately after the act of sex. Is this really true? If so, why? Keep answers clean please. Just curious.

Ok, I know I'll get the "age comments". But I have to ask this. Everytime I mention time speeding up, people either say oh that happens as you get older, or "it's just the pace of our world the technology", yet none of these tell me anything.

How can technology speed time up? I am not using anything different that I was using as a kid basically apart from typing on the internet here and that is it. I barely watch TV anymore, I have a chronic illness and time should pass slower than ever, yet every year it seems faster.

I noticed it starting around 1998 1999 and I was only 25. The odd thing is, when I asked a few others, without telling them what year I started to notice it, they all said "oh about 1999", and one of them was only 19 at the time.

I hear others talking about it and even kids mention it also, so it's not age related. I'd just be interested in hearing if anybody else is noticing it.

I hung my sweater up on a hanger in the bathroom where normally the towels/dressing robe hang (girlfriends) When she sees it there she throws my stuff on the floor and puts her stuff back on the hanger. Now I am of the opinion that she should lift it up as she threw it down, and put it away to its rightful home or hand it to me and say you put it away.She says I should pick it up because it should have not been there in the first place. It has been lying on the ground for 2 days and thought it would be fun to settle this Yahoo answers style.

Please give your honest answers and dont say why dont you grow up and pick it up yourself because typing this is more trouble!! This is an experiment.

I often find myself in situations where people are talking and talking and talking and I cannot even pay attention, so I just nod and occasionally say "okay, uh huh" and in my head I'm thinking about swimming or falling asleep or anything else... so what's the best way to politely let someone know I no longer wish to talk to them? I'm bad at making up excuses like "I have to go to the post office" or stuff like that.

Some stupid bigot told me that bisexual girls are all whores and make out in front of guys all the time, and I have no interest in that. I happen to think it's a very skanky thing and would never do it.
