The music video has obvious references to Christ. So what are they talking about?

Oh, it has two meanings:
1- Christ being crucified & suffering from pain, asking God, why he has betrayed him?
2- This one makes much sense:
As you might know, James´ mother was a highly religious
person.
When she caught Cancer, she refused to take any medicines, since she believed that God (as a response to her life served to church & christianity.) would Save her.
At the end, she died...
So we can say that this song´s about Cancer.
(Most of the ´´Load´´ songs are about suffering!)
Since then James has written some songs about false beliefs & broken promisses, such as:
-Lepper Messiah
-The God that failed
-Mama said
