Some have said free will cannot exist without evil and that's why evil exists. If that is so, then since Heaven has no evil you must not have free will in Heaven. If you do have free will in Heaven AND no evil, then obviously evil is not required to have free will. So then why did god create evil?

My daughter came to me for some advise. She said she is getting torn between her friends and her boyfriend. They seem to think that her boyfriend is gay and she is really tired of hearing it. She has blocked her friends out as long as she can, but it is starting to get to her. She is actually starting to question his sexuality herself... She says she doesn't want a gay boyfriend and needs to know the truth... He does have some gay tendencies, but I don't know if he is or not myself... Should she just ignore the comments that are really hurting her, or should she confront him on this and get the issue out of the way??? Her fear is that asking him will hurt him even more than what she is going through, and she doesn’t want that to happen either.... Please, we need some good advise....

I am planning a trip to Morocco and I have some CDs from the library for Egyptian Arabic and Eastern Arabic. I think Eastern Arabic means Arabic from Syria, Lebanon, Jordan and Palestine. I wonder if either of these dialects will be useful in Morocco where they speak Maghreb Arabic, or am I better off learning French?

Proverbs 6

18A heart that manufactures wicked thoughts and plans, feet that are swift in running to evil,

19A false witness who breathes out lies [even under oath], and he who sows discord among his brethren.


I thought he was supposed to hate the sin and not the sinner. Looks like he hates the sinner here.
