Other than donating money or items to a charity, I want to know what nice thing you did for a total stranger.

My family and I went to the Himalayas to deliver aid and medical supplies after the Earthquake Disaster of late 2005 in Pakistan.

I do a lot of selfless things. But, the most selfless thing I did for a total stranger this year was...let me explain
this old lady was in Dunkin Donuts...she orderd coffee...but all of her money had fell out of her pocket. So, I payed for her coffee and I bought her a Donut. I don't know why I did it. I just felt kinda bad.
I'm always quite selfless. Some people call me too nice.

There was two things I did that I can remember because of the persons I had help out.
1# Was giving hitchhiker a ride(normally, I don't do that since it CAN be dangerous thing to do) to the next area of place that he wanted to be without me knowing where he was going(which it was fine with me.) because it was a heavy raining,cold, day. I hate to be out in a day like that and I HAVE a car. So walking on foot is no fun.
2# Was giving a homeless old man some little breakfast food on Christmas Eve morning because I always have food but I was driving out early that morning to gets ready for the Christmas celebration and had some breakfast snacks with me but I wasn't REALLY that hungry so I thought I could give to him hoping without offending him JUST because it was Christmas eve morning. However, he took it and thank me for it without making me feel bad about him. That was amazing. :-)

I picked up an older couple who were walking along the side of a road where I have never seen anybody walking before or since. Apparently their car broke down and they needed a ride to get to work but didn't know anyone to ask.
