When someone says As-salaamu'alaykum,
We say Wa'alaykum musalaam,
We say it to the reply of As-salaamu'alaykum, which means 'May peace be upon you'. It's the Islaamic greeting, and the reply is, Wa'alaykum-musalaam, which means 'and may be upon you peace', which is 'and may peace be upon you too'.
You should reply back how it was told, or better by adding, Warahmatullaah, which means 'And The Mercy of Allaah', so saying 'As-salaamu'alaykum Warahmatullaah' means, 'May peace be upon you and the Mercy of Allaah'
You can also add wabarakatuhu. Which is and the blessings.
As-salaamu'alaykum Warahmatullaah Wabara-Katuhu: May peace be upon you, and the mearcy of Allaah and the Blessings'
This is the same to Wa'alaykum musalaam.
We should either say and reply in this way:,
Saying the greeting:
As-salaamu'alaykum
As-salaamu'alaykum Warahmatullaah
As-salaamu'alaykum Warahmatullaah Wabara-Katuhu
Reply to greeting:
Wa'alaykum musalaam
Wa'alaykum musalaam Warahmatullaah
Wa'alaykum musalaam Warahmatullaah Wabara-Katuhu

New World Order and Illuminati stuff huh? Interesting things we hear don't you think? Well there are many theories about this. Like what you said about destroying 90% of the population, that's crazy stuff. I heard that they are preparing for Dajjal or something. All I know is that something is going down with this and no one in this world is doing anything about it because we are too scared and weak to do anything. But Why can't we overcome this "fear" with the power of love? Why can't we all come together and love each other and fix this problem. These days...I guess that's not possible....

As-Salāmu `Alaykum (السلام عليكم) is an Arabic language greeting used in both Muslim and Christian cultures. It means "Peace be upon you." It is also transliterated as Assalamu 'Alaikum or As-salaamu Alaikum. The traditional response is "wa `Alaykum As-Salām", meaning "and on you be peace".

Peace be with you. It's an Arabic greeting.
Sort of like Shalom with the Jews.
NOTE: When talking to Turkish Muslims, it's Merhab, rather than Salaam Aliakum. Merhab means the same though.

"As-salāmu `alaykum" is an arabic language greeting which means "Peace be upon you." It is similar to the Hebrew greeting of "shalom aleichem".
Read the verse from the Holy Bible
Hbr 12:14 Follow peace with all [men], and holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord:
May God bless you and reveal his will in you. In Jesus name. Amen
