I Don't know why it is, but this woman gives me the creeps so bad. even talking to her on the phone bothers me..Just intense feelings of pure--I want to say evil--for lack of a better descriptive word. I have never experienced anything like this before and was wondering if anyone else ever has?

The hate I have in my heart my parents, those who tried their best to destroy me, often consumes me. I wish I could forgive them for what they did, but can people who show no remorse, sympathy, or even any trace of human emotion truly be forgiven? If I forgive them they will not change; they will still be the same people they always were. It amazes me how easy it is for me to forgive people, no matter what they did to me, when they are truly sorry, when I can feel the pain their activity caused.

I have been married for 5 years. I have suffered great emotional and mental abuse from the man who I believed love me up until recently. He perfectly matches the abuser profile and shows no mercy when it comes to me and the children. He is Pakistani and claims he is a muslim, but he acts nothing like the Quran and hadith orders. Before certain events took place, he kept cursing me and calling me a whore for having women friends and kept calling me a lesbian. He also keeps trying to force me to quit my job which is perfect because I can set my own schedule and the kids can go with me. He is also angry that I am graduating from college and only "allowed" me to go because he was sure I would fail or quit because "you never finish anything you start".

How can a man treat his wife so wrongly and refuse to show any kind of love for her or their son? He does everything for our daughter, but becuase our son has a seizure disorder he hates them. How can a "muslim" husband treat his

American liberalism is a public philosophy that maintains, among other things, that the individual and his or her rights are sacrosanct and that, furthermore, if one establishes maximum liberty consistent with the harm principle, that the greatest social utility will result. Is this view compatible with religion?

I'm 21 and about to join the military in January of next year. I've got $20,000 in debt that has accrued on me because of a job I was fired from a few months ago, as well as A LOT of "bad luck."

To sum up...

1) I bought a used car with an $8,000 loan. The car was recently repossessed and they charged me a $7,000 (if you can believe it!) "repo fee" just to come and take my car away from me.

2) I have three charged off bank accounts and one charged off credit card totaling up to $5,000.

So, that leaves me with $20,000 in debt and I have pennies to my name.

Even though I'm joining the military, the debt will still follow me around until it is paid off.

I guess my question is...does God even care about me? I am sitting here floundering in debt and can't stop it.

I would consider myself a weak Christian, but a good and decent person. I've never hurt anyone or done anything to deserve any type of severe punishment (aside from original sin from birth).

Please help with advice..thanks.

Appears the men shore know how to keep women in line in Pkaistan. Is bashing in the skull of a woman for having sex out of marriage what God wants? appears thats what he wants, in Pakistan, at least where thousands are out in support.

Do you think of him as a real person who tempts people to do wicked things, or does he merely represent the principle of evil?
Is the Devil someone to be feared, or should he be dismissed as nothing more than a superstitious notion or a mythological unreality?
Does the word “devil” refer to some abstract destructive force in the universe?
Could the term simply be a symbol of the evil traits in humans, as many modern theologians claim?

Too bad you're "offended" by our Christmas trees. If you don't like them, don't look at them. I don't like your people walking through my mall with curly lock hair and your women in long dresses when it's 90 degrees out!!
The world does not revolve around you. Im sick and tired of appeasing all these friggin cultures, I wish they'd all move the hell out of the U.S.
I can't remember any italians being "offended" by some menorahs.
If it's so bad, go back to Israel. And all the other "crybabies" go with them.
This is america and we celebrate Christmas so get the hell out if you don't like it. I sure won't change for nobody.

They certainly seem to be a problem. Other than their caterwauling on megaphones five times a day, they are becoming indictrination centres for impressionable Muslims where their Imams fill them with Hate.

Wouldn't it be better for the Muslims, themselves, if we got them the freedom from these things? Wouldn't they get more human if they aren't forced to be so regimented? And more capable of adapting to their new homes in Countries like ours where they are now alienating themselves?

Without this influence, I think they'd get to be more broad minded and less "programmed" as they now are.and begin to fit in in our culture and lifestyle. I think that most of them are just being brainwashed and are, otherwise, quite decent fellows, if we can get this thing out of their minds.

We would, actually, be helping them free themselves, don't you think?

Hope I don't offend. It's a genuine thought.

Put yourselves in the shoes of your non-Christian peers (the peaceful ones). If your child went to school and was to either follow along with the daily Buddhist rituals or leave the room and go to the office while they prayed? Would you think it was OK? What’s the big deal right? What if your money said "In Allah We Trust"?
You wouldn't feel kind of...left out? What if your president and thousands of other politicians were Muslims and openly stated that their Muslim faith had a definite impact on the political choices they make. Would this be ok to you?

Why is it that you can't understand why we fight to uphold one of the founding principles of this country: the separation of church and state?
