oh my God...your question seem stupid but to every question there's always a sensible answer. If it's between a lesbian and gay then having a child could be possible. If it's between L to L and G to G still it can be possible through the process of adoption but...having babies of their own...it can not be, because G have no ovaries and womb to produced and nurture an ovum...as well as L have no sperm to fertilize an egg that will later develop into a baby. Lesbian to lesbian...and gay to gay...is just like having a seedless kind of fruit. Smile!!!

Actually, as wild as it sounds, successful experiments have been conducted wherein two females have procreated. Granted, the girls in question were rats, but the embryo was legit. By bonding female chromosomes together (test tube stuff here, no personal exchanges), a female ONLY can be reproduced. It is unknown how to reproduce a male, but two females will, in the future (probably a long time from now for humans) produce their own female only offspring. (The reason only female offspring can be produced is because of the absence of male chromosome in the "baby making recipe." (There is a general idea in the scientific community that with this development and the fact that men are becoming less fertile with each generation) within 15,000 years, males will have become extinct. Natural selection picks the chicks. Whew! lol Anyway... I hope this helps you in your research. Good luck.

From the heterosexuals having sex with the heterosexuals.

A few babies will also come from the lesbians that choose to to have artificial insemination or in vitro fertilisation. Some babies will come from women prepared to be surrogate mothers for the gays.

The bisexuals will continue to have the most fun of all.

I can't say I've noticed a shortage of babies.

Easy- they will undergo reproduction! Remember- there are a LOT of babies belonging to heterosexual couples who did not produce them together. There are couples who adopt, take in foster children, have one person who is infertile and hence use sperm donation or surrogate mothers to have their children.

Gays and lesbians are no different- just because they choose to love the same sex doesn't mean that they lose all their reproductive abilities! They simply will be creating life with someone who is not their spouse- using their reproductive parts (be they sperm or eggs) as the other half. We live in a wonderful age of technologies where this is possible. Enjoy it!

It takes a male and a female to concieve, but Gays and Lesbians can raise children just as good as straight people. They can either adopt or the women can get artificial insemination.
Two men can raise a child just as good as a man and a woman. Two women can raise a child just as good as a man and a woman.

Most likely if it is a lesbian relationship, one of them will choose to be inseminated by a sperm donor, from a sperm bank or a close friend.

A gay relationship then the men can either possib;e have a woman like a serrogate mother carry a baby for them.

Otherwise there is adoption for either of them.

Same way straight couples who can't have children get babies. Invetro, surrogate parent or by adoption.
Why is this not obvious?
