I notice a lot of americans on here bashing america. I don't mean it funny, but the only way that can be happening is if you are really completely ignorant to most of the rest of the world. Anyone here should be damn thankful. Yes we have issues here, but compare it to Africa, Asia, the Middle-east? C'mon. Instead of wasting your time bitching get up and do something about the things you don't like, or better yet, just try to be grateful and maybe try to help with some of the problems of the many nations who are so much worse of that they cannot even grasp the ease in which we live in America. Grow up, get informed, and get involved.

my mom looks like her white grandpa and her grandma was part polish spain and indian and other grandma was full indian from mexico and other white grandpa from mexico her grandpa looked white but she doesnt but she has has white features plus her skin is darker than his and she doesnt have his blonde hair

My boss is giving his wife a birthday/christmas party with many of his clients who are "well to do". Being invited and being his employee, I am not sure what is appropriate. I had planned to wear black pants of light material and a red blouse with a fringe trim around the bottom. It is a bit dressy but has no glittz to it. I am intersted in jewlery or accessories to dress the occasion or am I out in left field with my plans.

i mean seriously people are fighting and killing each other all the time over religious belief , why cant people from all religions just believe in what they want to believe in and respect the fact the other people have beliefs of their own without there having to be an argument over it ?

You are in a burning building and there is a live baby (6-12 mos. old) in one corner and there is a tray of 50 human embryos in the other.

i was just reading an article in my local newspaper about how our main college wants to add more diveristy to the school by recruting at least a hundred black students, one way they will be choosing applicants is accepting SAT scores that are less then required, now my area is pretty much 50/50 white and black, i don't think this is fair, the school must be getting or looking for money, what do you all think?
