I need some sites that talk about cowboy myths, like how they've been portrayed in film and media, and how it's different from how they really were. I can't just use random facts because I need a works cited page and all that crap, so I need sites. Does anybody know of any? Oh and it's cowboys of the 1800's not today, any help will be much appreciated, lol

I read about those of you who berate Michael Richards and Mel Gibson for their racist comments. Then there are those of who tear up anyone who is even remotely against the homosexual life style, calling them homophobias etc. You can come to the aid of all sorts of different religions at a time when Christ's birth is celebrated. I find tolerance of everyone else's beliefs, no matter what that might be, and while the majority of the citizens of the United States claims Christianity as their chosen religion it is the most abused religion, group of people (along with the Jews) to walk the earth. Why is this?

I personally believe is that the body is part of our soul but with the power of God it can be given immortality (so people can have adaptations and abilities like the angels). I don't believe that God intended that we should appropiate his life and power as if we cannot have it taken away if we abuse it. I believe it was taken way when the tree of life was taken away. I believe God will give eternal life to those who want it and will appreciate it. I believe we live onlt one life and that there is a resurrection after the grave, but between the grave and the resurrection is nothing. All our memories are asleep and when resurrection comes, the last thing you'll remember is the second before you died. Angels can masquerade as human beings (some people think angels have this obsession of appearing in the form of dead loved ones and speaking as them too.). Sure you may be felt being outside of your body, but that's only a projection of you mind which exists as long as your brain is functioning. I believe it's possible that the spirit world may give us visions of things around us and of other people's lives (not to be confused with "pastlife". Past life in my belief is an old attitude you left behind in the only life you have).

diaspora (Jews living away from Judea) to spread this new Judaism amongst the gentiles. He needed the Davids, Jesus's family to help him legitimise this attempt at reform, his own family history not being Jewish his Grandfather was a convert to Judaism.

His grand plan was to usurp the power of the Empire by eroding the traditional faiths of the Romans.

Do you think this has any bearing on the New Testement?
Could the early Christian Church have been doing Herods bidding then they had a falling out?
