Yes, hatred is something that can be controlled, and it is a conscious decision to hate something or not hate it.

I also blame america for supporting israel's racist policies with US tax dollars, when Israel's policies are in direct contrast to the values laid out in the US Constitution.

I don`t think hate or blame or anything else is going to do much good in the world. We consider humans the most intelligent species, but we are so consumed by hate, blame, greed, pride, and a billion other things that we are not appling our intelligence. If people would learn to accept each other and stop hating each other and blaming everyone else, humans could reach their full potential and solve some serious world issues. We are all depending on the same Earth. Thats enough reason to try working with each other instead of against each other.

1) Not all Muslims hate America. Militant ones do.

2) Israel is not the only reason militant Muslims hate America. Our imperialism all over the Middle East, not just Israel, is used in their rallying cries.

3) "Supporting Israel" is not 1 thing, like you either do it or don't do it. There are many ways in which we could support Israel and its defense of itself, besides our present "Whatever" attitude.
