For someone who hates Christmas, your avatar is really festive! Regardless of the "meaning" of Christmas, it's a time when my whole family and friends get together and enjoy each other's company and have great food so, what's to hate?

Ah hem....... Athiests DO NOT hate christmas. I happen to love the season, and even the actual day. I do not believe in God, Jesus, etc. but that is not the actual meaning for the season.
Christmas was actually a pagan holiday...Jesus was not the first claim at a Virgin birth, etc. (The Hindu god Krishna, Gautama Buddha and Zoroaster were reputedly the product of virgin births.)

Athiests and most other non-christians have the ability to look past the nativity scene and find real joy in the holiday, just as you probably do!!

If you wish to be pleasing to God, you should leave Christmas alone. It is a pagan holiday that no true Christian celebrates. Do a little research and you will find that what I'm telling you is the truth.

Those who hate christmas don't know the true meaning behind it. In my opinion, they haven't any reason to hate Christmas at all in that case.

Hopefully no one. That's the birthday of Jesus. I enjoy the Holiday Christmas very much. You can see the expression of love very strongly. So much giving...Quite a joy!

I love christmas when you celebrate with friends / your gangs with a big dinner (+turkey) and party and non-stop entertainment like gaming, dancing or singing. And if possible enjoy the night view with love ones with firework blooming in the night sky. That will be perfectly enough and satisfactory gained. :)

I love what Christmas is about (celebration of Jesus' birthday) but I hate how commercialized it has become.

I don't think I hate it as much as I tread all the commercialization of the whole thing. I still love my friends and family, good food, getting together with alot of people you don't see day to day and exchanging stories, gifts and just general wisdom from everyone you know and love.
