Someone who is not consumed by greed, pride, lust, gluttony (food or anything else), sloth, anger, hatred or envy. Someone who puts others before themselves and tries to understand how other people feel. Most importantly, someone who doesn`t hate or blame people, but tries to solve problems and deal with situations peacefully.

A person who does right and doesn't just say whats right. One single person can usually do more good by volunteering to help or teach at some help center or hospital than an entire church full of people can all year.

A good person would be one who exhibits the following:
compassion, understanding, empathy with others, a helpful nature, loving, constant, honest, wise enough to know when to speak and when no words are needed.
A christian is all of the above but is saved through the grace of God in Jesus.

there is none good not one. This is in the absolute. As a measuring rod one would tend towards the good when in his wake are people who have benefited.
