If he went to heaven? That would be mean if Jesus took him out of heaven and put him back on the proving grounds. And what about the 144,000 going to heaven? I am sooo confused. Please help!

I asked a question earlier, and I am damn proud of most the women out there. I was expecting a lot of, "no women are just oppressed" (which is bullshit) and I found reasonable women. So women dont get up in arms. I aprechiate

some examples:
Haha ok yeah women are retarded. We know it. But men are too. And they know it. Women just want respect. And so do men. People want respect. Let's just try that approach

Women's equal rights was aimed at equality for voting, salary and job opportunities. It had nothing to do with being a gentlemen; and for some of us it still has nothing to do with it. Being a gentlemen is good manners.

however things such as this only emphasize my point

Strange, I thought it was mainly about not being raped on a daily basis, not being barefoot and pregnant, and not heeding a man's every need.

Alot of people these days think that Asian people are people that have chinky eyes. And when they think of countries like India and such, they dont consider it as part of asia and instead a sub-continent. So is India a sub-continent or a part of asia?

I will never ever give a grown man money. I like to watch court shows and they always show a sista suing her ex for an unpaid cell phone bill or a loan. The guy says its a gift...I can't stand that. Real men work and pay for their own s***! Anyone agree or disagree?

Ok, I understand that the website I am presenting is a bit fundemental but when this guy comes down to scripture, I had to hand it to him, he uses that Bible quite well.

Just look at it first and tell me what you think. But most importantly, please explain what is the best way to approach a feminist with this topic.

My Contemporary Fiction teacher is a big time feminist. Saying out loud with confidence that the Bible is a fiction story telling book and that Women are the key to human existance. She even went as far as to say that the only reason we are still here is because of women. (I laughed inside because the statement was so... How do I say in a nice way, idiotic)

She's convinced most of the girls in the class that women are better than men or at least equal (When it physicaly isn't)

Anyway's, please explain your views. Thanks.

I was born and raised a strict cathlic, going to church every sunday, knowing all the prayers, being extremely involved in the youth group and all that. Then I became a teenager and began to wonder and doubt everything I was taught. I mean, if men wrote the bible and obviously tampered with it (example: woman should be at their husbands cammand and woman are tempation and evil) then how do we know what to beilive?? Plus who invented God? and no one has ever come back from the dead to tell us what there is in the afterlife so how do we really know? People were ignorant when the bible was written so how do we know that Jesus was just a man pertending to be the mesaihah? And what if there is NOTHING after death, if we just no longer exist? that thought terrifies me!!! Any thoughts?

A question was posed earlier "Can you prove God exists" In the details of the question the asker said"

"And those of you who claim look around that doesn't prove God did it, I want proof not your belief."

Let me answer this question with another question. Can one prove the wind exists?

You cannot see it. But you can deduce that it exists by observing it's effect on the physical world around you. You can see your hair move as the wind blows through it. You can see the leaves move. You can feel the temperature drop. From observing all it's effects you can then say " I believe that wind exists" even though you cannot touch it, hold it, or even paint it purple.

Why should you accept that the wind exists based upon observation and not be willing to allow a Christian to use the same reasoning in explanation of why he believes that God exists by observing His effect on the world around us. Not saying that this proves He exists but at least be consistent.

I mean, it's not every single American's fault that Bush is our President, yet when I visited England this year a man said to me that we were "ruining the world". I didnt do anything! (this of course is coming from a Liberal Californian). It has made me, in turn, become defensive. (Which the man of course took as stubborness, which i'm not, for I am entitled to defend my country, right?)

I'm just sick of generalizations and stereotypes from other countries. I want to know why they hate Americans.

When minimum wage increases, the cost of production increases, that means that the cost of everything goes up.
When that happens it causes people to want minimum wage to go up, it is a vicious cycle.
The only way to stop it is to stop increasing minimum wage.

That's the main confusion most "pro life" people make. Being pro-choice does not mean that I am pro-abortion. It means I am for the rights of the people. Nobody is for abortion. Nobody wants it to happen. The facts are though, if you allow the government to strip you of your rights, no matter what they are, you will never get them back. And it makes it easier for them to take away more and more rights. I am pro-choice because the Supreme Court ruled that the Constitution gives a woman the right to decide what she will and will not do with her body.
So I am pro-constitution, and pro-peoples rights, and pro-choice. Besides, no matter how you feel, in the end it's none of your business what a woman does choose to do with her body. If if offends you, then don't do it. If you choose to teach this to your children, right on. But if you want to take away more of my rights, well, you know what you can do with that bill. Do you assume that pro-choice means pro-abortion?
