ok this guy is a Jehovah Witness and tells me that I would be going against God if I take Blood or my CHILD takes blood ?What do the other faiths beleive?Lets let him hear that we our not eating other peoples blood please!

That's like if I pointed to an atheist like Stalin, for example, who was a ruthless dictator and mass murderer, and if I said, "that's why I'm not an atheist."

Even if a Christian was the nicest and most charitable person in the world or the meanest person in the world, how would that prove or disprove the existence of God?

If I decided not to be a Catholic Christian because my father is a Catholic and I had a bad relationship with him, what does that have to do with whether or not the Catholic faith is the truth?

I notice that a lot of people, both atheist and those who call themselves Christian, have faulty logic clouded with emotion when they are deciding either to believe or not believe in God or in deciding what kind of Christian to be.

It's like every day older I get, I get more apethetic. People ask me, should I do this, or should I do that? I just don't care. I know that in the time of Jesus he lived with selflessness, compassion and love for everyone... EVERYONE. (i.e. love thy enemy) It seems as if churches of today have become exclusive towards certain groups. Is there a christian church that really emphasizes living the love the Christ had without all of the bigoted politics?

I am not an ftm, but I would really, really like to pass as male. I'm already really tall for a girl and therefore sufficiently tall for a guy, and I have short hair,but it still looks girly (nothing a hat can't fix). I know about breast binding and dressing masculine, but how can I make my face look less feminine? How can I make my voice sound convincingly masculine? Finally, do you think that roundish/ovally glasses make a person look more feminine than if she were to wear contacts? Thank you.

Islam is totally different, which leads to an interesting query. A Muslim man can have four wives on earth. He is then rewarded with "virgins" in heaven. Some Islamic 'scholars' claim that the number of virgins is 72, but neverthless, there is no debate that the Quran promises virginal properties.

So, does the earthly wife or wives have to watch this brothel? Can she check out at this point? Is she ever even reunited in heaven with her husband or is Islamic heaven kinda like a permanent bachelors party at Cheetahs?

There was still a large period of time between Noah and the covenants of Israel, and Christianity. While Noah himself may have had a person relationship with God, his decendants didn't.

The current Haggard scandal and the long parade of scandals that preceeded this. The issue with pedophile priests. The Baptist church I went to when I was a kid had 2 of 4 pastors eventually jailed for sexual crimes.

So my question is...why such high numbers in ministers/priests? Specifically, do you think people with deep sexual issues are drawn to the ministry (to try to quash those urges) or do you think that these ministers suppress themselves so much that it makes them mentally ill regarding sexual issues?
