Should you tip more than 20% or more than $10? What's the appropriate amount? I have gone to eat several times where a coworker or friend has waited on me, and I was never sure if I left too much or too little. Keep in mind they make $3 an hour.

as a female i apprceiate it when a man holds a door open for me but what if you get to the door first? i cant just stand there and expect him to open it for me, habit kicked in and i opened it and stood aside to let him pass first. he reached over me and grabed the door and ushered me inside and was sour for the rest of the night. whats the go? am i not supposed to do that and be polite? is it only a mans porogitive to hold open a door?

There was a show on the science channel last night about near death experiences that got my interest in this.

There was woman that had her brain frozen so they could operate on it and after the operation she told them about heaven, she had been there the entire time they were operating on her.

They said science can't explain her case as any kind of electrical impulses in the brain because they were monitoring her brain during the operation and there wasn't any.

They told of children around 5 years old that experienced it also and they had some amazing stories about God and dead grandparents.

I can see an adult having the intelligence to make up a story possibly but not a 5 year old child.

I noticed all the adults float up and into a light but children see angels at their death bed, it's like they come to make the trip easier for a child.

Adults and children alike didn't want to come back.

What are your thoughts about this?

These days that not such a bad deal some girls are ok with their guy friends being touchy/feely,make-out sections in some cases a little flashy/flashy. I dont know if it's right or wrong but this buddy whom I feel is in love with his lifelong female friend sad thing is that they do all of this very physical flirting but the reality is he knows that he will never be with her(They know the reasons). So it might be fun to be friends who flirt just be prepared for the reality of the situation (YOUR NOT GETTING PANTIES)sorry ladies I just wanted to hit it home for the guys.

People say things about them, and when you ask them(JW's) themselves, they prove them(Non JW's) false and back themselves up with the bible....any bible!

They seem to be persecuted just like Jesus was. He was called a False prophet also. Just something that makes me go hmmmmm...

Many people forget that, but it is a fact that by todays standards, Jesus would in fact, be considered a liberal. So He would obviously be for gay rights, how do you think he would treat gay poeple today if he came back? He wouldn't be in an anti-gay parade, he wouldn't send teenagers to refuges against their will, and he wouldn't be on tv saying "Gays are what bring America to it's knees" Because I'm pretty damn sure the world will end because of our hatred, no gayt love. And you people that say "I don't hate gay people, I'm friends with gay people. I just don't think they should get married or have sex" how much sense does that make? What if someone said that to a black person when they where being discriminated against "I know you guys didn't choose to be black, I like black people, I just don't think they should have the same rights" more and more kids are becoming tolerent of gay people, its a new era, and when we can vote, gay people will finally have their rights. You don't win.
