Wow ~Kudos to Wal-Mart for selling books about the most important man who ever walked the face of this earth.
This is great....I will look more closely next time I go there.
Christs message of peace and love far outweigh anything that any Atheist could ever write about.

WalMart sells high volume items, that's how they make a profit. If it's common, cheap, and in high demand WalMart sells it. There are more Christians than Atheists. Christians write more theology books than Atheists. Christians buy more theology books than Atheists. Christianity brings in big dollars, atheism does not. WalMart sells what's in high demand.

There are many Christian books that sell very well, so it makes sense to sell them. There are probably not as many atheism books as there are Christianity books, so you probably haven't seen them. I'm sure there are books by/about atheists, but there are more Christians in the world, so Christian books are in the majority.

It's a good place for them to be
I don't know about atheist books, maybe there is a special place for those kind of books
That's not the only kind of books Walmart does not carry

Wal-mart sucks I used to work for them... They order crap usually come on a pallets and there is no room to put it. And the crappy managers tell you to stock this crap.. Plus they didn't even know that some employees died and wondering when they are coming back. And they pressure people to believe in what they believe...and the DVD documentry on Wal-mart high cost of low price is true

There are books by or about atheists. They just don't have the word atheist in the title. Just keep reading lots of things, and you'll find different viewpoints.
Or it could be your WalMart... who knows.

It's like that everywhere. The WalMart family endorses Christianity.

Only because it's the largest growing group and people love having easy access to books related to these subjects. Atheists are few and out.
