it depends how far off the path they are. It may be that they didn't mind being seen as long as the setting was still private. In fact, it may be that the expectation of an audience added to the excitement. So I'd wait and see if in fact they minded my seeing.
Perhaps they even hoped on an "inviting" person asking to join in.
Or being asked to join in.
Remember, two bares are not found in the woods by accident.

Watch, but my heart would be pounding the whole time, worried they'd see me and know I wasn't just glancing, but seriously watching. Then again, I suppose that might lead to something even better . . .
