Why is it that people say oh i am a muslim or i am a christain or i am a jew....i mean religion is suppose to be personal and spritual..its not there so you can force your believes on people and tell them what to do and stuff we are doing today.you never hear people say i am a good person because i volunteered at a hospital. instead we hear people say i am going to heaven becuase i am a christain or muslim or jew or any other religion. we pay more attention to God (who we can't see) then normal day to day stuff like helping people or not hurting nay ones feeling and stuff like that.WHY??

I just don't get it... If there is GOD, how come GOD allows babies who are pure and innocent to come into this world with defects to suffer for the rest of their life? We have seen babies who're born blind, with missing limbs, retarded etc Is GOD wanting to test their faith thereafter or to test the faith of their parents???? It's very sad if GOD chose this test on faith.

I'm reminded of when Jesus said, "I am the way the truth and the life, NO MAN COME TO THE FATHER EXPECT THROUGH ME"

I don't believe in God, im not Gay, but why do all these so called good people hate gay people so much, I mean real hatred, you can see it in their faces when they are talking about it, are'nt we all supposed to be created equal, is'nt he supposed to love us all. The Virgin Mary was modest and lived in modesty, covered her body, covered her hair. Did she chose to act as such, or was she oppressing herself? Who are the people today that follow such traditions? Are Muslim women oppressing themselves for choosing to act modestly and covering their hair?

Jesus wore a long beard, dressed in robes, sometimes covered his head. Who imitates him today, what cultures/religions?

I found it hard to word the question.
3 that I have in mind are
1/ The Twa Corbies. Two crows; one with an utterly indifferent voice. the other singing of the newly dead knight with malicious pleasure.
2/"My young love said to me" Sorry I can't remember the title. The last verse going
"Last night he came to me, my dead love came in.
So softly he moved that his feet made no din
And he laid his hand on me and this he did say
It will not be long love..........till our wedding day. "
I sense the terroor in her voice.
3/ The short cut to the roses. A woman falls for a faery man. Her heart is stolen and crushed
I think she faces a bleak eternity, Her only emotion fear that if she revisited the place of her falling in love her soul would be stolen and crushed as was her heart.
That is off my mind at last.
