Or

Don't gratifiy with a response. if they say something out of line, I've started reporting it as abuse under the harrassment reason. We come here to speak of problems and ask questions to members of the Lesbian GAY Bisexual Transgender and Allies not to defend ourselves, we do that enough already. I will feel really awkward there on my own as I am now single, and the other people I might have "Taken" with me are unavailable. Do you think I am right to worry about going. I only vaguely know a few other people and they will be there with their other halfs. Do you think she will be offended if I send her a card and some money in the post and don't go. As widely reported across the internet a few years ago what do you think about Pat Robertson and the Zaire Dictator Mobutu Seko(a murderous thug) diamond connection?

Pat Robertson began begging for donations for 3 new planes to benefit Operation Blessing in 1994 for humanitarian assistance in Africa. Specifically to remove refugees and provide medical assistance.

At the same time Pat began a company called "African Development Company". The development was basically for mining-specifically diamonds, timber, etc. For two years these Operation Blessing planes were used almost exclusivley for Pat's company, NOT for Operation Blessing!! It made Pat millions. No refugees were removed.

A criminal investigation followed in Virgina, and ended with slap on the wrists. Dictator Mobutu, who's responsible for killing thousands, finally died, after making a fortune with Robertson.

My question....WHY WOULD PAT DO BUSINESS WITH A DICTATOR LIKE MOBUTU?
