I guess I would choose a real dinosaur. 'Cos apart from it being so big, dramatic and spectacular to look at... well it is big and visible, so you can probably avoid being stomped on or eaten if you are fast enough. But a ninja assassin robot would be stealthy, quiet and secretive, you may never know who would want you snuffed, and have clandestinely hired a ninja assassin robot to assassinate you (I mean that is its purpose in life innit?) I would just get really paranoid and dysfunctional.
