It depends. As a young boy it was many times a day. Later on, once I had a girl or married, it could depend.

Some people do it as often as three times a day, some as little as once every few weeks or even months. Masturbation is perfectly healthy, and it is much better to go ahead and do it than to sexualy repress yourself.
The worst thing that you can do is feel guilty about masturbating. I use to have this problem, but now I know that the occasional self service is incredibly normal and nothing to be ashamed of-- no matter how much.

There is no special frequency limit. Masturbation is a problem if it consumes so much of your time and attention that other parts of your life suffer. For instance, if you are late for work or school because you were busy masturbating, or if you fail to keep social engagements because you wanted to stay home and self-pleasure. Once a day is not a big deal. It's probably more than most females, but most young males, if they are honest, do it that often!

I vary. Sometimes several times a day. Other times once a week or less. The only "too much" is is when you avoid work, eatting, showering, relationships...essentially an addiction to masturbation. It's possible.

Personally I do this about six or seven times over a year since I gave up drinking I have pretty much ruined my sex drive, I also think that alcoholism has made me infertile.
When I was a teenager I used to do it around once a week, although on one day i did it ten times, which was a fun day indeed. I think it is a great thing to do in general and you are 100% normal and healthy to do this every day - you are having fun and not harming anyone!

I masturbate at least 3 to 5 times a week. Not individual times either. I may do it 1 or 2 times alone in one session. I go in spirts. Sometimes I do and sometimes I don't. It varies...

As we are growing up, we tend to masturbate more often. As you get older then will not feel the need to do it as much as you're doing it now. But yet, there are grown up who are horny all the time. I think there is nothing wrong with masturbating.

I LOVE telling people this:
my husband loves to masturbate! he and I have always joked about it even when we were still just friends and he has always been really honest about it. If we don't have sex he'll sometimes do it to help him relax and fall asleep.
He is the sweetest, most easy-going, even tempered man I have ever met!
my EX-husband used to go on about how disgusting it is for people to masturbate! In fact, he told me he never ever did it even as an adolescent (yeah, sure, buddy!). A person masturbates as often as they feel the need.
It is impossible to masturbate 'too' much, unless your genitals become raw and sore.
Masturbation has nothing to do with the amount of sex that one is having with another. Masturbation is about self and self gratification. There are those of us who, for whatever reasons, are unable to find complete gratification with others.

There's nothing wrong with once a day. I used to do it about 1-5 times a day back when I had no life. Now it's about 3-5 times a week. As long as you've got your priorities in order, don't worry about it.
