I found it hard to word the question.
3 that I have in mind are
1/ The Twa Corbies. Two crows; one with an utterly indifferent voice. the other singing of the newly dead knight with malicious pleasure.
2/"My young love said to me" Sorry I can't remember the title. The last verse going
"Last night he came to me, my dead love came in.
So softly he moved that his feet made no din
And he laid his hand on me and this he did say
It will not be long love..........till our wedding day. "
I sense the terroor in her voice.
3/ The short cut to the roses. A woman falls for a faery man. Her heart is stolen and crushed
I think she faces a bleak eternity, Her only emotion fear that if she revisited the place of her falling in love her soul would be stolen and crushed as was her heart.
That is off my mind at last.
Back to Marie's Weding.
Love, Rose P.

Perhaps i should have described the songs as "very dark" in feeling.

She Moves Through The Fair

My young love said to me
My mother won't mind
And my father won't slight you
For your lack of kind
Then she stepped away from me
And this she did say
"It will not be long love,
till our wedding day".
She stepped away from me
and she moved through the fair
and fondly I watched her
Moved here and move there
Then she made her way homeward
with one star awake
As the swan in the evening
moves over the lake

I dreamt it last night
That my dead love came in
So softly she moved
That her feet made no din
Then she came close beside me
And this she did say
"It will not be long love,
till our wedding day".

Celtic song with a Gothic twist? Gothic is a style of architecture.

But there is a song done by several artist. I think Enya does it for one. I believe the tittle is She moved Through The Fair. Tyr it and see if that is the song you are looking for.

If you are looking for music I would recommend going to www.allmusic.com and checking out different kinds of Celtic music there. They have several different strains you can try (I put a link below) or you can try searching for an artist that you already like, and then search for similar artists.

It's kinda cool because you can download 30 second bits of songs, and then listen to them and decide for yourself.

Hope this helps :)
