i asked if to be fruitful and multiply was a commandment and alot of you said yes. if it was a commandment then and jesus had no wife or children then did he or did he not break one of gods commandments?
if it was a commandment then jesus must have broken it.

Is there sth fishy about this or is it just me?
A female friend of mine keeps making comments on how beautiful/hot/gorgeous I am. I just thought she was being nice untill last night in this party she came real close n I was like what? she said that she's just tryna hit on a sexy chick, I giggled n moved away. I dont know if she's bi or a lez but she sometimes acts weird. Sometimes she makes me feel like I'm talking to my bf or sth, like I have to call her everyday or she'd get really upset if i dont, she also gets upset if I talk/go out with another person when she's around, she said that she hates my bf *for no obvious reason*. She entered the room while I was changing and she knew I was in there getting dressed and she didnt knock!! What's up with that? BTW I'm str8.

After they lived through and the majority died in an unthinkable, unimaginable Hell, am I to believe that they are now eternally damned to Hell because they were not Christian?

If you say "No, they aren't", then admit that this Christian belief that only Christians go to Heaven is - at best - flawed.

If you say "Yes, they are", then admit that this Christian belief that only Christians go to Heaven is - at best - hateful.

And do not hide behind the Bible, particularly if you are going to continue to use Hebrew scriptures to support your own religious beliefs.

i still have to learn how to use it, i have to use a walker for balance until i get use to it. it looks like i am running out of the building, but i am holding on the door and door jam. i am one very happy camper (person). Thank You Dear Lord :)

if some of you don't know by now, i was involved in a motorcycle accident, i was on my way to work on my bike and a pick-up truck t-boned me and my foot was amputated at the scene and after three surgeries,i ended up with an above the knee amputation, this accident happened April 2005, i was in the hospital and rehab for three months. and today i finally got my prosthetic leg.

Ok im getting a little tired of all the mis statements made about the bible from Athiests, I mean come on if your not going to believe that their is a God, why do you need to use the Bible to make your case. Seems like very poor logic. Someone recently made a question that was refuting an athiest website, and supplied proof that what was being said was wrong to the meanings of the bible. One response, obviously from an athiest, said something like Christians should leave proof out of their vocabulary. That is such a silly statement since the Topic was the bible. Its like telling someone who knows about Charles Dickens novels to not give proof to what Charles Dickens wrote.
You can disbelieve what is being said.. no problem, but when called into question about the Bible and what it says, maybe you should listen (since you seem to care about this debate) instead of making dumb remarks. Another wrote that isiah 7:16 talked about before Jesus reached his maturity that Israil would be

This is a very personal question that I ask you, Christians. Have you ever experienced some moments were you have doubts about the existence of God, but suddenly you feel something inside you that makes you realize that He does exists, and suddenly you cry in tears. You don't cry because of sadness, is more like realizing that he does exist. It could happen in anyway. By talking to someone, reading a book, listening to experiences from other people, listening to a sermon etc.

What does this mean to you? Do you think this is God way for communicating with you? How do you interpret this as a Christian?

There is a new religion in this world. It is followed by the masses. They worship their god four times a day: 6am, 12pm, 6pm and 11 pm. This act of worship is so powerful that is sends its followers into a deep hallucination and hypnotic state. A group orgy...too powerful to break out of. The followers have strong faith in their entitiy and whatever he says. It is a forbidden and a great sin to doubt its religious texts and images. Their god allows them to experience anything physically inaccessible but only from this god's perspective.

We have ALL converted to this religion. Didn't you know? It is what we blindly believe. It is the religion of the Television Media, my brothers and sisters.

I have dreams about the next day, and they either come true, or most things that happen in it happen. Do you think that I can see vague images of the future? I only have had these dreams when I moved to my new house, and only in my room, not the living room or anybody's house. Please share your thoughts.

Shouldnt midgets, little people, dwarfs, whatever, all live together in a town called Littleton, somewhere in like Iowa where no one lives? I mean, America can build them a whole town where everything is a good size and placement for them, where normal people cant oogle them and point at them, where all the business's and church's and cafe's are all run by the little people that live there, it would be like they are sustaining their own self- contained town, LITTLETON, IA, "WHERE PEOPLE OF SMALLER STATURE THRIVE"...that can be their town slogan. As a young African American Man who works in a very conservative corporate environment - were there are very few African American males, I’m sometimes asked by African American people, if I experience racism in my office, (I assume they’re referring to the White people in the office). I tell them, “Actually, no, I don’t.” There may be one or two people who may have some issues, but they don’t bother me. They don’t say anything to me, and I don’t say anything to them. But over all, they, (meaning the White people in the office) are very, very nice, they are all very educated and they respect me in the same sense. But I continue to expound on the question by informing them that I do experience problems, but I get them from the Black Women in my office. A number of them are very rude, harassing and provoking towards me, although I’m always doing my work and minding my business. They make comments such as: “I don’t act black, I act like I think I’m white, etc. I’m told by some of my African American friends, men and women, that these Black Women behave like this towards me because they like me and they are trying to get my attention. Personally, I think these type of women are crazy and sick because no other women, White, Asian, etc… behaves like that towards me. I’m sometimes asked by my White and Asian women friends, “why are Black Women so mean to the nice Black Guys?; or, why do Black Women hate the nice Black Guys?” Some of the women who have asked me these questions have themselves, witness Black Women attack and harass me, as well as other African American guys like myself. White and other cultures of women in my work environment, as well as in other social environments often tell me, “You are so nice, you are so nice; you are so sweet, you are so nice”. Meanwhile, these White and Asian women watch the Black Women - although unprovoked - harass and attack me for no apparent reason, when I’m always simply just minding my business; and then they hear these very same Black Women make up crazy, sick, irrational excuses for their behavior. I explain to these White, Asian and other cultures of women that many Black Women hate the nice African American Men because they can’t pin their problems and issues on us like they are so notorious for doing, but instead have to take the challenge of responsibility for their own faults, failures and other issues. The nice guys have an education, we have good jobs, we don’t have children or owe child support, which means we have no responsibility to accompany their misery, because misery loves company, and our content and happiness makes them jealous and angry. Black Women can’t accuse us for their many problems and issues in an attempt to gain pity and sympathy from the rest of the world like they are so known to do. When nice guys are around, we make Black Women look bad and weaken their argument when ever they try to make negative and degrading statements about African American Men, and then, what makes them hate us even more is, the nice guys usually date White, Asian or other cultures of women. This leaves the question that I’ve heard other cultures ask: “Okay, we know about all the bad Black Men, but why can’t Black Women get the Good Ones?” I’m often told by some of my White and Asian Women friends, “I could never imagine you with a Black Women, you are too nice, you are not for Black Women, the other kind of Black Guys are for Black Women, you are too nice.” Black Women seem to not be aware that other cultures are very observant as to how African American people interact with each other. Often after watching Black Women harass me when I’m minding my business, my White, Asian and other cultures of women friends have said “Black Women are crazy, why do they threat the nice Black Guys bad, then get mad when they date White or Asian women?” My response is, “It-is sought of a craziness.”

take second best and convince ourselves that everything is ok for the sake of maintaining the illusion that life is allright? really there is nothing drastically wrong with my relationship, I miss him in the day and vice versa, we laugh at the same things, we have some happy times. but it still seems like maybe we are glossing over stuff, like it is very convenient? REALLY is there such a thing as life-long passionate love? or should I just ******* go it alone????? at least all my experiences would be real then(to me), without the suspicion that there is some kind of (maybe unconscious) role being played??!!!
