I don't mean to sound like Obi-wan Kenobi here. I've heard people talk as if "truth" may be two different things to two different people, depending on their perspective. I have always found "truth" (about anything) to be very specific and unrelative to my position. What do you all think?

Who do you think would win in a cage match? The Rev. Jerry Fallwell, or the Pride of Westboro, Rev. Fred Phelps? Just imagine... In this corner, The teletubby terror, weighing in at 220 lbs. Rev. Jerry Falwell. And in this corner, Backed by his 6 count them 6 followers, weighing in at 165 lbs. the Westboro wacko Rev. Fred Phelps.
Fallwell is on ropes, he may have to tag Tinky Winky!! OH no he's coming back, the teletubby terror has connected with an uppercut, The westboro wacko is in trouble, one of his followers may have to put down their picket signs and jump in. OH NO, its getting bloody this is a no win situation! Somebody grab a folding chair quick!!!
lol
I know I'm gonna piss somebody off with this one, lol I could apologize before hand, or....
NO seriously I'm just trying to lighten the mood a little.

If the person is an old man with dirty clothes and carrying a small dirty pillow asking you for just a quarter to get on the bus? And also some teenage boys asking you for a quarter just to buy a soda. And also a man asking you for just like 50 cents for him to go see a doctor? Do you think one should give money to them if they have the money and would you do that? If you don't do that when you have the money, would you be cruel, unkind and bad?? What do you think of these people asking for money?? And do you think one should help them out and would you?? Thanks.

Every day of my life is worse then the day before it.

I don't enjoy anything anymore. I haven't been happy in years.

I don't have any friends, and I barely talk to anyone anymore.

I've lost all of my faith in humanity. I haven't met a good person in along time and I'm afraid I won't..

I just need some help, IDK what to do with myself anymore.

Everyone else seems to have friends and associates.. but it all just seems shallow and fake to me.

What's wrong with me?

I would like to hear from as many different religions (Judeo/Christian and non) as possible. If you don't use one of the terms at all, that is ok too.

If they believe something that outrageous why not believe in the Lord? I guess they are afraid to stop sinning.

If you insult me in anyway you get reported!

For those of you that do believe in it, what would be the point of accepting Jesus and converting to Christianity when the decision is already made?

For those of you that don't, isn't God supposed to be all-knowing, therefore He should already know who will go where?

Honestly, I've been sifting through the Religion & Spirituality questions and it's shocking how often I come across book, chapter and verse along with preachy preachy preaching. Sometimes they don't even ask a question, they dive right into their sermon.

Do they feel so desparate to score a few more "saves" for the Lord that Yahoo! Answers becomes nothing more to them than a platform from which to harrass Jesus into our lives?

While the queen was making a public speech from the balcony of Buckingham palace, would it be bad manners to bungee jump naked from the roof, with the union jack flag tied to my penis??????

What if God wanted to die? Would He/She have the option to do so? What if God wanted to stop being God? Is God allowed to abdicate the post? What if God wanted there to no longer be a God and convert the universe over to chaos?

And don't tell me God would never want to do these things. You don't know what God does and doesn't want to do. You will only be showing your own arrogance and ignorace by claiming to know such a thing.

If God doesn't have these options, doesn't that make God a prisoner?

My dear Y!A users. I have made YET another discover in the world of the supernatural (hold the applause). I believe I saw some Wood Elves! Now, before I begin rambling, I want to clear up some rumors that have been circulating. I read a lot of comments suggesting that I do or did drugs. I have never in my life done drugs. Are we clear? Okay, it all happened yesterday: I was driving back to my hometown after an enlightening trip to Houston, Texas. I was hungry, so I decided to pull over for a quick bite. Keep in mind I am still in Houston. As I was deciding on which shoe-box of an establishment I should pick, I came across a curious little sign...
