Is because of drugs, prostitution, lying political people, crime don't all countries have that. The U.S. is a country that you have the choice to do anything you want. You can become the leader of it if you want. You can be a bum and live on the beach by the ocean. You can declare the gold fish as your God and start you own religion. I have personally been a wrestler, a policeman, an actor in L.A., a factory worker, a construction guy, a postal carrier. Wouldn't everyone want an opportunity to do anything and everything they want? I love people and think they should have every right to do everything they want

Whenever I see a question about breastfeeding in public there are several answers that state something like "You don't urinate in front of strangers so why would you breastfeed?". Do people really think that we're feeding our children excrement? Would these same people like to eat a meal with a blanket over their face, or better yet, in the bathroom?

-Mine is a manager position of some sort (bank, hotel, company), nice sized house, plentiful income, drive a nice car (a Lexus perhaps) a handsome husband with an equal or higher income, a couple of kids and the cliched white picket fence.

The people who wrote the bible are the Same people who thought the world was flat and the same people who thought the idea of the world being round to be heresy? So how can we believe anything that they believe because as we know with a little research and technology they were infact wrong. Also the story of the flood to them would have been covering the earth because thier idea of earth was just this flat area. ?? what up with that?

Can you lose your salvation? Others argue that if a 'Christian' goes to hell, they were not saved to begin with. I believe that God is just and looks at each person's heart and intentions, irrelevant of unforgiven sins commited. Just interested in knowing other Christian's thoughts on the topic. Please, serious answers only. And please no input from angry agnostics either!

I will be going away this weekend on a family outing and will be stuck with a couple of die hard Christians who, I am sure, will drive me nuts trying to convert me. I am very happy with my relationship with God and try to live by the Golden Rule but I don't agree with the Christian, or any other orgainized religion and really resent being bullied by these Holier Than Thous! But keep in mind they are my in-laws and I want to keep peace in the family.

Just think: one day a week where the only thing you have to do is get out of bed, feed yourself, and go to the bathroom. No dishes, no laundry, no mowing the lawn, no picking up, no cooking, NOTHING. Just rest.........

And with 52 weeks in a year, that equals 52 days out of every year to do NOTHING. That's like having a month and a half off!
