BELIEVE ME .. we won't be punished the same way. It's not a school system you know. lots of considerations are made, don't worry, do your best in life and you'll get what you deserve after life.

You're asking a question that most clergy love to reply to... because He won't give you more than you can handle. He has given you just enough to make you a better and stronger person. He has given you just enough of a challenge to strenghen you to become a success... but you must have faith and passion to overcome the obstacles you will find. By the way, those "obstacles" are nothing more than life's lessons that He has put in your way, to help you be a better person. Those are not really obstalces... those are pieces of good fortune that too many of use fail to see.
Those are basically the words that the clergy would spew. How strong is your faith... that might be a good question to ask you. You ask because your faith is faltering. You wouldn't ask if you had enough faith. He didn't punish you anymore than the next person. You THINK the other person has it easier because you are not in the other person's shoes.
The other person may dress better than you, live in a larger home... etc., but you are probably standing closer to His gate or His throne... you have more going for you to appreciate those small things the other person takes for granted. He has given you less, and He has also given you the ability to appreciate what the other person is incapable of appreciating... the small things in life... that are free to all with a good heart.

I think what you are trying to say is, why we don't all have the same environment, with the same ideas, and the same amount of money. When the world came into existence it was the same, he created it that way. But everyone was give free choice, or free will, and the way they lived reflects the situation we find ourselves in, to whom we are born to.
God wanted all His children to have the same thing, a good, loving relationship with Him. But the sins of the world changed all of that. Now we have to try and develop our own relationship with Him, and arise of the situation we were born into, so that we can have a better, more loving relationship with our Creator.

We have a free will to choose which way to do things here
If your way of punishment is severe and you feel that you hate the way you are, then draw closer to Christ and ask Him to send you the necessary graces
to you that will help you in your way that you punish .
We must ask The Holy Spirit
For The Holy Spirit imparts to the soul through these gifts
Through the fear of the Lord, we rise to piety, from piety then to knowledge, from knowledge we derive strength, from strength counsel, with counsel we move towards understanding, and with intelligence towards wisdom and thus, by the sevenfold grace of the Spirit, there opens to us at the end of the ascent the entrance to the life of Heaven
We are all different we have already been given parents our seed
of who we are is already in motion.
We do not choose our parents
But we do choose who to love ourself.
We are individuals. We struggle , We suffer, We have good and bad situations
We grow to a higher understanding if in fact God is apart of us
And for those who deny God
They will have a rude awakening
For always I am saying the soul is the blue print of who we are
and we shall be scanned and judged by God.
You might accomplish something that others will not.
This is a merit, You may rise higher than others because of your
relationship with God,
Thusfore we cannot partake of the favors
God may share with you, because we did not merit
that grace in which you may had merit.
Maybe He will show you things others may not see, because you were opened to Him
Sensitive to His sufferings.
we all are different with different situations
and wha tever it is that is troubling you
you can always go to God and talk to Him

So I think you are saying .. why doesn't god punish us all in the same way? That there should be like a sliding scale for sin?
Sin is sin is sin... weather its the Enron guy taking 2 million or a kid stealing a candy bar... God will judge us equally... he tells us that in the bible..
It's if we are saved that we will be forgiven and spend eternity with god.
We are all created in the same situation.. we all have the same running start.. it's our eartly circumstances and mindset that determine if our circumstances are great or bad..

God is getting a rap for punishing....
God DOES NOT punish any more....
There are just lessons to be learned.
That is the gift. GRACE
Free will....
We all know according to our situations what is right & what is wrong.
God just hopes that you right, you choose life.
Should you not, we are usually aware of what "bad" could happen, you will face the consequence and maybe you will learn but maybe you won't.
It is very different for everyone. You are the only one living your life, just as everyone else is living theirs.

i understand you...i disagree, however.
God created us equal...i think if you do something that is wrong, most of the time your punishment is in the earthly realm...
say you steal something...you have to pay it back (or maybe jail time)
if you sin like that, you pay here...but you answer to God later...we ALL will have to answer to Him...the earthly realm is the different one...if you have time, money and a good lawyer, you don't have to pay near as bad as ones without time, money and a good lawyer.
God doesn't do much with the earthly realm...He just kind of lets it be for now, i suppose figuring that He will take care of that later...WE have our own decisions to make...not all of us will choose the same path and wind up with the same situation

Karma. We all have different life lessons that we need to learn during out life time, so we are surrounded by different things in order to learn our lessons that we need to learn. Besides, you can't really tell who has it better/easier and who doesn't. Someone with lots of money and the "perfect" everything might be emotionally and spiritually empty and sad inside while someone with nothing might be very happy..., I've seen that for myself.

Well, unless you've walked a mile in someone else's shoes, as the saying goes..... you may THINK someone else has it easier than you, but in reality, they probably don't. We are all different, unique individuals making different, unique choices about our lives; so we have unique, different situations with which we must deal. What's easy for you might be hard for someone else.

Ya, I get the basic idea. I guess we all have tests to complete in our lifetime, and jobs to do. Don't envy someone else's life, you don't know what inner strife they may be dealing with. In my experience, the actual physical situation we are in is not the great determination of happiness - inner peace does not come with possessions. I sometimes think the poorest among us who still manages a smile and a welcome for a stranger is the richest of us all.
