You are suffering from a form of anxiety. This is not a matter of knowing how to react, but learning how to react.

Stop thinking about what you should be doing and pay attention to what the other person is doing. The allow yourself to react to this.

If you need to, start by getting comfortable with a close friend or sibling. What what the other person does. If you find yourself wondering what to do, stop this and pay closer attention to the other person.

You have learned simple facial expressions since you were an infant. You do not need to pick which one to use, it will happen all by itself. Just let it. Stop getting so involved with what you need to do. It will happen on its own.

Don't worry about what to say next. Listen to what the other person is saying. When it is your turn to speak, stop and just reply. If you start to say something that does not sound right, start over.

Take your time and be yourself.

Have an interesting expression on your face, listening ear and a smile !Don't nod ur head , raise your eyebrows for approval during the conversation(if u think is needed). So that the conversant may be enthusiastic to talk to u!

Just smile if they say something funny or are being friendly if they are telling you something serious that isn't funny just look at there eyes. Don't nod your head all the time that will look stupid and no one wants to be frowned at.

Do not ever fear to BE YOURSELF!!..
