They shouldn't. Everyone should give up their seats for the elderly, disabled/injured people and pregnant women. Apart from that, I don't think anyone should give up their seats. Healthy men and women are equally capable of standing.
Far from all women expect men to give up their seat for them, but those who do should really make up their mind whether they want to be treated as equals or not and stop expecting to be both equals and treated differently.

i think of adult males and females human beings of able physique are in basic terms as able to status on delivery as one yet another. inspite of the undeniable fact that if there is an elderly guy or woman, pregnant female, a guy or woman with youthful infants, a disabled guy or woman or a guy or woman who's wearing different stuff, then somebody could get up and supply them a seat. i do no longer think of that the only duty for which could be on adult adult males however. I see your element approximately women human beings cooking, cleansing and working 9 - 5. inspite of the undeniable fact that many of the girls human beings working 9 - 5 are sitting at desks on their bums all day. status up for 10 or 15 minutes could no longer injury that plenty. Many adult adult males additionally help out in basic terms as plenty around the dwelling house at the instant too (or a minimum of between my male acquaintances that's the case).

I will eagerly offer my seat to a senior of either gender, a physicly handicaped or sick person of either gender, a pregant woman or a woman with a small child. I won't even think twice about it.
But a healthy woman is not getting my seat! Equal rights means equal rights.

Nobody expects men to give up their seats for women.
I expect all able bodied men and women to give up their seats for elderly men or women, disabled men or women, pregnant women, or men or women who are carrying small children or, for that matter, other particularly heavy parcels.
It's rather common courtesy and doesn't have a thing to do with gender.

80 year old woman weren't the ones who asked for equality. Personally, I think it is polite. I am indifferent if a man doesn't offer his seat, but I am very impressed if a man offers the seat. I myself will offer a seat to an older person regardless of gender.

Understand there is hypocrisy between when they want to be equal and when they want you to be chivalrous toward them, suck it up, and just be a gentleman.
