To call someone a douche bag - means their not to bright, usually said to someone you don't like.

They're referring to a bag of saline solution that some women use to was out their birth canal. Given where it's inserted, you can see how it has become something of an insulting term. But it usually isn't used sexually, it's usually used to describe someone who is mean or really annoying.

In French, it means shower.

In English, it is for rinsing the inside of the vagina.

It's actually NOT a good idea to regularly use one, because it will alter the chemistry in there which can cause an infection.
