God has created everything in this universe and everything outside the universe. In other words God is the controller of all the worlds that we don't even know about. So I think God can do anything He wants. So, to do anything God Does not have to step into this earth because He is Everywhere Every time. If someone claiming to be God is not everywhere every time then he is not God. Its that simple. Because God Is someone Extraordinary, Supernatural, Powerful and the list goes on.......................
