It doesn't actively say kill but it Mullahs would suggest and interpret that it is allright to kill a non-beleiver as in you could bump off a non-muslim and still get to heaven and the 72 lusty virgins waiting there.

Would you believe that Martin Luther, himself a former Catholic, preached that it was OK to kill and burn Jews... because he was angry that he could not convert them to HIS newly founded church. He as a Christian? Yes, he founded the Lutheran church, no?

NO ............ Islam goes to the extent to say, that if anyone kills someone innocent, its like he has killed the whole human-kind, and if anyone saves someone innocent, its like he has saved the whole human kind (It is not the exact translation, but the message is clear). So, tell me if there is any other religion/civilization/law, which goes to the extent of denoting One human life same as to the whole human-kind? This verse alone goes on to show that Islam is The Religion of Peace, Harmony, Love & Humanity, and there is nowhere in Islam that promotes the killing of innocents. So, it is merely a LIE, that Islam teaches to killing of the innocents ............. Yes, i know u all will be thinking of all the verses relating to 'killing the infidels' etc. etc. Those verses are related to 'Jihad' (War specifically for either self-defence, or War against oppression or tyranny, or War to spread Islam in the Name of ALLAH alone, 'Jihad' is not War for Conquering the Land or NOT any war by the Muslims against the non-Muslims) only and the 'infidels' are related to army/millitary men of the enemy (Non-Muslims) who fight against the Muslims, BUT NOT The Civillians of Non-Muslims. Not even a single Non-Muslim Civillian can be killed in 'Jihad', to the extent that if even the army/millitary men put down his weapon and seek peace/asylum from the Muslims, then u not only provide him that, but also escort him to safety first and ensure his security. And i can bet that even the most generous general will order his troops to just not kill that soldier and let him be left there. But, we as Muslims are ordered to such an extent of Humanity, that even in war we are suppose to remember all this, and this keeps us from becoming wild/ruthless/brutal in the war, and keeps us civilized still. So, Islam is a religion of Peace, Harmony, Love & Humanity, and we arent suppose to forget it in war even. So, to say that Muslims are taught by Islam to terrorize the social elements in a society, civillians, and innocent ppl is nothing but All a Huge LIE. But, yet we can terrorize the Anti-Social element in a society as it is permissible in Islam. Each Muslim is suppose to terrorize a rapist, a burglar, a murderer, but NOT any innocents, so as Peace is spread and those who come against the spreading of Peace (anti-social elements) they MUST be Terrorize.

No. Killing the aggressor? Yes. Aggression means to force a population out of their homes, for no fault of theirs. In any Religion, fighting for such a cause is noble, and dying for such a cause is matyrdom.
