I try to do it frequently, there is a balance to be
found but at this time I think I have it about right,
not too much that it becomes laboured nor too
little that I suffer but just about right ...
If I gave something else up I may need to do it
less frequently and it would doubtless be more
efficient but at the moment it is my choice to
remain as I am and continue to do it in the way
to which I have become accustomed .. :-) ..
Oh I had best add that if I did something else I
would be doing more of it than I do now but I
would eventually do less and more efficiently ...
