it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle, than a rich man to enter the kingdom of heaven,so why dont all the rich christians give away all their wealth to the poor,

When I was in high school there were jocks, preps, goths, skaters, druggies/stoners, etc. But I've never heard of "emo" until I started looking at Yahoo Answers. I'm out of the loop and curious about what this is.

This is a follow up question. Memory is a physical phenomenon of the brain. In simplistic terms it is an arrangement of synapses between nerves. If the synapse is lost then so is the memory. If the nerve dies so do all memories that involved that nerve. Strokes, aneurisms, head trauma, surgery, disease, and cancer can all kill nerve cells and damage part of the brain. Death kills the entire brain.

There is even a cluster of cells located on the side of you cerebrum refered to as grandmother cells. If these cells are damaged you will never recognize another face in your entire life. Not even your own face.

If the soul is seperate from the physical being, and memory is a function of the physical being, then how can memory follow you to the afterlife?

Okie...When I was 5 or so my parents baptized me catholic after that i never did anything else with my religion. I went to catholic churches every so often with my mom and such, but nothing else.

Well, now i'm 18 and i've been going to church a little more and now i want to do the rest of the stuff i have to do to become a "full catholic" (as i call it). So what else do i need to do? And how do i go about doing it? and does anyone know about how long it'll take me to get all of it done?

If you do, then you're stupid.
1) Being homosexual is not a disease. It is not the Black Plague. No it will not "infect"you.
2) We just want to live a normal life. we want to adopt or (if lesbians) have children. Love is love, it happens to everyone.
Yes there are the Homosexuals who will rape kids and hurt people and are masochists. yes you hear about it on the news. that's why it's called NEWS. it doesn't happen very often.
Yes, some gays have AIDS. but not all. i've stayed with one girl for almost 4 years now, and we're physical, but we're careful. almost all of my friends are gay, and a few of them are quite physical with eachother, but all of them are very careful.
I'm Buddhist, and most of my gay friends are christian. one of my friends is a hardcore Presbyterian and he's been "out" with his church for 14 years!
The main thing is, not all gays are bad.... Some are, but most arent. we just want to live freely and be happy.

So why do you hate us? We dont hate you...

If man began with Adam and Eve, would that not indicate that there must have been incest between the children they produced? Or did Adam impregnate his own daughter. Or maybe their son impregnated Eve.
Can someone explain this?
Do Christian support incest?

A local festival of alternative theatre in my city is rumoured to be robbing volunteers. It appears that people who want more from the System in general are being encouraged to volunteer in it and find another volunteer, often one they are being paired to work together with, to rob.

It seems like the individuals who are at risk would benefit from some credible printed material that outlines in a mature and believable manner just exactly how groups controlled by Freemasons and affiliated groups, rob and obtain "benefits" for others.

It is difficult to get Freemasons or anyone receiving "benefits" from them to talk about their System or how it operates.

The robbing, or chiseling, of course, takes place behind closed doors, and probably locked doors. Have you ever heard any sarcastic comments about "locked rooms"? I am concerned because many of these thieves operate on the "blood exchange" system.

Can anybody tell me where I can get some tangible information?
