none of the people i talk to knows how to speak the language and even the native hawaiians only knows few words n' phrases but i believe the majority knows nothin'. its so sad.....

I don't know about you, but I don't hang out in the Science category trying to trainwreck their discussions. I find it interesting that there are so many "non beleivers" and doubters that troll through the religion & spirituality section looking for an opportunity to slam and argue with a believer.

And over and over again, well intentioned christians get into an argument with them.

They are here for a reason. I beleive that it is God's word coming true again. Showing that there will be people who attempt to shame you because of your beliefs. There will be people who consider you an outcast because of your beliefs.

In short, it is the work of someone with very cruel intentions who is trying to lay doubt in the mind of Christians.

Why do you say Wicca or witchcraft is evil, and use the mistranslation of the line "Thou shall not suffer a suthsayer to live" which you read as "Thou shall not suffer a witch to live" as a means to demonize a religion which you do not understand. I am a former Christian and I personally know that not all Christians are like this but I have seen so many response that use this misunderstanding that it worries me. Did not Christ say "Do unto others as you would have done unto you"?

I am a Catholic. I work with a Protestant who thinks that my knowledge of the bible can't compete with his memorization of one verse in the bible (which he takes out of context). He still thinks that he knows Jesus better than me simply because I am a Catholic. I asked him if he wanted me to pull out a bible so that we could look into it, but he showed no interest. He also believes that he should not even try not to sin because of his Protestant belief of "faith alone". Even Satan and the demons believe that Jesus is the Lord and tremble at it, but they will not be in Heaven.
