Keep living, keep learning, keep getting more wisdom and experience. I spent the whole year when I was 29 worrying about turning 30. By the time I turned 30, I was done being stressed out about it. I am now 53, and while I am in good health and in good shape (I do work out now, which I didn't do at 30), there is no way I will ever look as good as I did when I was younger. But I am so much more at ease with myself, so much more self-confident, and so much smarter in the ways of the world than I was at 30. My kids are grown now, happy in their lives, and I am so pleased that they are such good people that I would want to spend time with them, even if I hadn't given birth to them so many years ago. I love my job and my co-workers, and I have gained enough insight and knowledge that I can be a mentor to younger people entering the field. I have interests and hobbies that I find therapeutic and fulfilling. All in all, my life at 53 is more comfortable and happier than it was at 30. I wouldn't mind the younger body, but if I had the opportunity to choose, I'd take the spiritual and emotional growth I have achieved in preference to the perkier boobs I once had.
30 is just the beginning! Most people will have at least another 50 years after that. Life is an adventure, so enjoy it! As James Taylor sang, "The secret of life is enjoying the passage of time." It's pretty much that simple, I think!

Turning 30 is not that traumatic of a thing. :0) I have been enjoying my life just as much as I did when I was in my 20's :)

Check your priorities out & either make a few adjustments to where you're headed- or start all over again. There's still enough time- for a new life.

Life is like a roll of toilet paper.
The closer you get to the end, the faster it goes.

I'm 50'ish going on 25 and wondering what the hell happened.

It's all good. Just do what is right, seek His will and leave the toilet seat down.
