Hell certainly does exist. Anyone who's not blind can see it. It's all around us.

We all reside in the world of the dead, in "Hades" or "Hell," if you will. Hell is a place where the "worm" does not die. [Mark 9:48] The worm or maggot signifies decay and certainly never dies in the world of decay. Every inhabitant in the world of the dead feeds on death. Nothing can exist in the underworld without the destruction of something else that grows or moves whether it be a cow, a lamb, a head of cabbage, or a blade of grass. Even the blade of grass feeds on the destruction of others for it cannot grow without decaying organic matter in the soil. It is also the "land of forgetfulness."

The underworld is sometimes called Hell or Hades. Others have called it Gehenna or Sheol. Still others have simply called it the "grave." It's the place where the "fires never go out." And it's a place where there is a lot of "gnashing of the teeth." It is a place for the dead, the place where mankind (Adam) was entrapped after partaking of the knowledge of both good and evil. Adam is the firstborn son of God. Adam, being a son, is a god also, but at present is a dead god. Adam now dwells in the world of the dead where the inhabitants know nothing. All creatures in this world dwell in a world of illusion and delusion - mainly because a spirit sometimes referred to as The Great Deceiver rules it.

Man is recycled endlessly in the underworld with no hope of escape by his own devices, and he experiences over and over again the "fires" of Hell. He takes down his tent in his hope to escape them, but wakes up again in the midst of them. It becomes a vicious circle, a circle with no end, and the "fires" become known as "everlasting and unquenchable."

Hell is a human word that we humans, in a physical, world choose to describe a destination in the spirit world. At death there is a transcending from the physical world into the eternal spiritual world and Hell is a place of punishment or a destination for those that are not in God's will and have not done that which God determined as necessary for forgiveness of sins and therefore receiving pardon from the penalty of judgment upon man's sin. Is it a real physical place? I can't say for sure that it is as I believe it's more a spiritual destination however it's possible that in the end times it will be a very real physical place whereby persons will experience real pain and suffering just as a physical pain and suffering. Just knowledge that you did not meet God's requirements and would have an eternal separation from God the Creator would be Hell in my mind.

I am a Witness and we definitely believe in hell. Who told you we didn't? We believe in the hell that the Bible teaches us about. It tells us that hell is not a place of torment. Do you really think that our Creator who is called a God of love in the Bible would torture imperfect humans? Answer this---if you knew someone who burned alive a friend of yours or even a close relative or they tortured them endlessly for a week or even a day, how would you feel about that person? Would you love that person? Would you have any respect for them? Well, that is how Satan the devil wants people to think about God. He wants to make God seem to be a cruel, unloving tyrant. The hellfire doctrine is a lie started by Christendom. The Bible tells us that hell is where the dead are laid to rest. All who die go to hell (grave).
Did you know that hell will soon be done away with--yes, hell will be a thing of the past. At Revelation 20:13,14 promises us_"And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works. And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death."
Death will bo no more and hell will be no more for without death, there will be no need for hell (graves) Does this not make sense?
God is love and we can be assured that he is not merciless or sadistic like the churches of Christendom make him out to be. When people say that God tortures humans, it makes Satan very happy. We need to prove Satan a liar.

Hell exists where God is not.

Hell is on the other side of judgement, which is after death. (Hebrews 9:27, Matt 25:41)

Hell is in the spiritual realm. While you live on Earth, you are still in the physical realm.

Heaven is a prepared place for a prepared people (Matt 25:34) Hell is a prepared place for unprepared people (Matthew 25:41) As one old song says, "O prepare to meet thy God!"

Basically,Hell is the grave. At the end of time, after the Great White Throne Judgement, God will throw death and Hell into the Lake of Fire.

Yes I know...but the JW's are utterly confused about the bible in many, many ways.

I don't know where hell is. Some say it's the center of the earth. Wherever it is, this planet is as close as I am ever going to get to it. I pray that is so for you too?

I'll admit I don't have a clue where it is, but I do know that in hell you are eternally separated from God, and I believe that is why it is such an awful place.
