I went to a penecostale church yesterday. I really haven't ever been to one except two times. I don't know what they believe really or whether it is right or not. He was talking about the end of time. It is coming. I was crying and all that other good stuff. My boyfreind and I went to the alter and everyone was around us... I guess i was crying and shaking. We went back that night and a couple of people got the holy ghost. Some guy was speaking in tounges. I don't know what to believe they actually kind of scared me. What is speaking in tounges and how do i know the penecostale church is right for me. I wear makeup i have short hair. i really don't even like skirts unless they come almost up to my booty.. Please give me some answers im just so confused.

i realize that this is an international forum, and people who have learned english as a foreign language do use it, and their use of english is not perfect. that doesn't worry me...i respect them for learning english...

but i've really noticed, especially with teen questions on this board, that the spelling and grammar is really awful! it's a little bit alarming...is this an indication of the quality of education our children our receiving in north america? where is the respect for the language? what is the point of having a language if it is not used properly?

maybe i'm just being stuck-up...but i mean, come on people, there's even a spell check on here...

We are relocating to Pittsburgh and need neighborhood recommendations... we are crunchy (as in natural, organic, and holistic) so need to be near some type of health food store or co-op and want to be near parks we can take our boys to as well.

look im not naive or stupid cos i dont believe in any religions cos there all untruths.. but (in theory let say then jesus was killed by whoever i forget was crucified on the cross!! i get that but he was resurected from death right so what happenend then did he live happily ever after or did he open up a little woodwork shop in nazereth etc what happened to him then??????

Most of the people in the section think that they know the answers to everything and that they have the right to impose their views on others. They can just be downright rude and insulting when they do not agree with other people's opinions. Not to mention, a lot of them are just the most racist and narrowminded people out there. But don't worry, I'll live.

They already kill themselves by blowing themselves up with bombs etc. but why do not more of them just kill themselves to go onto the afterlife where things are better? They also claim they are not afraid of death so killing themselves would be no big deal.

Is anyone else ready for a good majority of African Americans to get over the fact that our great great great grandparents enslaved them? I mean i admit it was wrong, but come on it is the 21st century stop expecting handouts because your great great great grandparents were enslaved. Get out and stop expecting everyone to feel sorry for you, and stop hating the white people because of it. I am not at all racist, this issue just kind of bothers me. I mean it was a horrible thing that happened and i agree it needs to be reconized and understood, but it isn't doing anyone any good for you to pity yourself all the time over it.
