By being a good friend. I've really enjoyed the relationships (well, until they crashed and burned anyway), with guys I was friends with first. It just turns out that those guys did not have the best of intentions. So I'd say, be her friend first, but with the intention of dating her. But don't come on too strong either. You gotta ease into it. And don't take too long, or you'll just be the cool guy friend that she has but never dates.

Its all about the confidence mate, took me ages to figure that out myself, you don't even need to be confident inside, but as long as you appear confident and easy going you should be able to get the attention of the ladies. Just make sure you are always a gentleman aswell dude, chicks dig that stuff (no matter how much they say they like bad boys).
Just be yourself too, if they dont like it boll***** to them :)
