Jews were forbidden from coming to Plymoth Plantation in the 17th Century, but were not actually expelled. But then again, it wasn't really the US yet. Jews were, however, expelled from Virginia during the Civil War by General U.S. Grant.

I don't know if they were ever expelled...but during WW2, a whole boatload of them (refugees) were denied entry to the U.S. Very sad.
