I know it sounds like OCD but im not paranoid alot, but I get obsessed over things so easily, like favourite football team and favourite player but also people who I fancy, I dont get over anyone because I let myself like them too much and I dont know why! I can talk about people for hours and if they even look at me I like them more, my best friend knows and she thinks it's a bit weird as she takes ages to like people but has never thought it that serious, I could be making a big fuss over nothing but its been troubling me for a few days now and I thought I could ask. I cant think how I can explain, eg my football team, I get offended if people say there rubbish and so upset when they loose, it sounds like a big football fan I know but its more than that! Its in all aspects of my life, please help if you can!

Can a child benefit from CT (cognitive therapy), CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), REBT (rational emotive behavioral therapy), RBT ( rational behavioral therapy), or RLT (rational living therapy) I have a child who suffers from a few mental health diagnoses, and all have resulted in him have extremely low self esteem, no matter what I do. Would one of these maybe help us get to the next level?

what is the difference between the two, if there is any? i want to study psychology, but later want to go on to work in psychiatrics. i was wondering if i got the qualifications on pycholgy, would i need to do new qualifications to practice in psychiatrics?

I've seen in people bend spoons by starring at it....holding the very end of the spoon so there were no tricks....How is this done? Can people really do these things? They say we only use a small percentage of our brains and these people find the ability to use the part of there brain that lets them move things with there mind....Do you think this is true or no?

If someone won`t give me some good advice about life, in the next few minutes, what am i doing wrong?, why does life hates me? i will take my life, again THIS IS NOT A JOKE

I have come to the end of the line, i am 19 and I hate my life more than anything now. I am a very nice guy, allways happy to give a helping hand and not expecting something in return. I was born with a small malformation on my chest (this made me feel very unconfortable all my life, mostly when aproacing girls) and also i`m a little fat i have 82kg and 1.78m, I only have 3 friends and even thei make fun of me, I only had 1, ONE, girlfriend for 1 month in all my life than she left me (reason: i was to sincere with here (I never told her a lie) and she did not believe me)anyways and keep in mind that i am 19 years old. it seems that your friends there have all but forgotten about you? That is happening to me now. I am sure that it not that they set out to "forget me." I think it just reinforces the fact that "When you are gone, you are just GONE!" They people have a life that now does not include me. They are right to go on with their life, as I am right to go on with my new life. But, it does seem rather strange that connections can be cut so quickly. I guess all of this means that "yesterday" and "tomorrow" are just concepts, and that the only thing that really exists is "right now." Any thoughts?
