A sin is a sin no count number how massive or how small they are each and every of an analogous in God's eyes. He would not hate homosexuals, he loves all his babies even however they don't love him decrease back. Homosexuality is a sin, he would not hate them. and no-one is to decide them because of the fact the only authentic decide is God. Homosexuality is appeared down upon because of the fact marriage is shared between a guy and a woman, yet such as you and that i the two suggested God will make the descion and he's the only one which will.

There are actually two reasons why many christians still hate homosexuals despite Jesus's message to love everyone. They are:
1. The Bible contradicts itself in places. Despite Jesus saying to love everyone and about God loving the world, it also says that sleeping with a member of the same gender is a sexual abomination and cannot be tolerated. Many christians have decided that the latter supercedes the former (possibly because Jesus was overgeneralizing when he said to love everyone).
2. Lately (that is to say over the past two or three centuries) christians have started moving away from the strict instructions and statements of the Bible in favor of taking a more abstract look. We now hear of things like 'interpreting the Bible correctly', as if God would have said things he didn't really mean and then expect us to be able to unravel them correctly anyway. It seems rather strange but there it is.

I am a Christian and I don't hate homosexuals at all. I accept them for the people they are. I may not agree with their preferences but that doesn't make me hate them or think they are any less valuable than anyone else. From the people I know who are Christians, most feel the same way. I still believe we were all created equal. The choices we make are what make us different from each other.

It does seem that many Christians hate homosexuals. In reality they hate the homosexual act, because the bible says it is a sin. I think what really gets our neck up, is the fact that we feel like we're having it shoved down our throats. We also hate the sin of pornography, but we aren't forced to accept it. Its still somewhat taboo in the world, so we don't have to see it and hear about it all the time. Furthermore, because we think homosexuality is a sin, the openness and acceptance of it worries us for our kids. We wonder if seeing it so openly will make our kids think its OK. I am a Christian, for 4 summers, I worked in Provincetown, Ma, where the homosexuals outnumbered the straight people. It was such a beautiful place, but now that I have kids, I won't ever go back there. I don't want my kids exposed to that. Furthermore, I have one more thing constantly in the back of my mind. It often seems that homosexuals want special treatment. Now I am all for them having equal rights. Our constitution gives it to all citizens. However, they practice quite a double standard. How many times have you heard a homosexual say something like...."I am who I am, don't push your fundamentalist Christian lifestyle on me, just let me lead my life....." I've heard it several times in interviews and such. But that's not how they act when they are in the majority. I have repeatedly had to tell many women that "I'm straight, no thank you." And by the way, I said it just like that. No offense, swearing, etc. Four out of five times, the response I got was, "Oh come on, give it a try, only a woman really knows how to please a woman, come on try it, go out with me, I know what you really want...." Now, why is it wrong and intolerant of me to try to share my feelings about God and a straight lifestyle, but it isn't wrong for them to be intolerant of my feelings and actually try to coerce me to feel like them? I honestly do not hate them. I pray for them regularly, because any kind of a sexual sin is really hard to conquer.

Christians do NOT hate homosexuals, we dont agree with the choice that they make because in the bible God states homosexuality is a sin. But us as christians are not perfect people, but i can assure you that God loves you, know matter what you are, Gay or Straight.

Christians do not hate anyone. Hate is a sin that is equitable to murder. If someone says they 'hate' anyone, then their relationship with God should be called into account.

I think homosexuality is a sin, but I do not hate anyone. I have often been called names for my belief. Usually, it's the homosexuals I talk to that understand and are empathetic with me, its the militant liberals that call me names.

Christians are called to be like Jesus and Jesus loves all people. Homosexuality is a sin. Christians cannot hate anyone. It is what it is.

If you're talking about the Westboro Baptist Church, I doubt they are Christians; they'd have to be people first.

Christians dislike homosexuals because homosexuality is against their religion. Personaly i'm catholic and i have no problems with homosexuals. especially since all of those priests who got caught touching the altar boys thing came out. The only reason they hate it is because it's written in the bible to be wrong but not all catholics feel that way.

sometimes their passion clouds their compassion and they forget some of the basics.. such as let you who are without sin cast the first stone.. and that only God has the right to judge... and that God loves all his children.. and we are all sinners. I feel for them really.. for by their own beliefs God won't judge them favorably.
I might add in.. not all Christians are like that.. there are plenty that do understand and try to practice what they preach.. but it's those that don't that stand out and make the most noise.

Christians simply believe that Jesus exists and is God's son ..they are not, as a collective group, any more closer to God than you or I. We are born w/ sin. All of us .... and God is the one who makes the final judgment.

I believe that in the Bible it translates that a woman was created for Adam so that he may be able to procreate and with her fill the paradise earth with their offspring. This was the job created for humans on earth. By being a homosexual it would not be possible to procreate.

I would however not assume that all christians hate homosexuals. As i sd , all that is needed to be christian is to believe that jesus is God's son. Christians, Jews, Hindus, Buddists, etc ...none of these groups are exempt from ignorance.

They will say they don't hate homosexuals; they will say they hate homosexual behavior. (Hate the sin, Love the sinner). However, their behavior towards homosexuals is indifferentiable from hatred, so their words are empty.

This is because they are really not very Christian, but instead just members of Churches and social groups that identify with Christianity.
