I am good at maths and physics. Best in the class. I think math and physics are part of nature, and I should know them by just looking at them not by putting on paper. So, am I trying too hard to be perfectionist here.?

Well, it was a few days ago and I had text him by saying “How was your day. If you don’t feel the same way, then maybe we could be friends.
If you like my ideas then call me. Bye! This is Jamila!"
And he had said “we should just be friends."
What does this mean?
What should I say?
My mom had said friendships are one of the nicest things to have.
I ask had told my friend yesterday about it and he had said "that's a good idea."

Please (nice things), thanks!

I have had horrific time management skills/ organization skills for as long as I could remember. Even my elementary school teachers complained how messy/disorganized I was.

Well, now that I'm 17, this problem, (along with procrastination) has compounded. I almost didn't graduate because I kept procrastinating learning how to swim for the swim test (grad requirement) and I didn't pay attention to all the forms I had to fill out for graduation. I knew about these, but I completely forgot about them. I kept procrastinating on downloading an application for an internship for college students (I have two jobs already, but my primary one is only for HS students, and now that I'm graduating, I need another), and now it's too late. I only have one school notebook to do my homework, take notes, and put notices in because it's easier than having to stop and select the right binder/notebook to put stuff in. (I'm pretty busy, with school and work).

Pretend you are me. I'm going to tell u a little about yourself. You only like to express your emotional problems when u feel u have to and to only the people it involves. And if you do you will feel very uncomfortable. But you can't tell the one it involves(your "boyfriend") because you obviously need advice about your situation. What are you gonna do?

People belonging to one culture, simply by being in majority should not ridicule (kidding, joking, and making fun of) people from other cultures. When it is done- day in and day out- at the expense of other because they are a minority, to entertain yourself, it builds up in them a negative psychology towards the society and demands tremendous amount of patience and tolerance on the part of the ridiculed party to control themselves from committing violent and horrible acts such as Virginia Tech Incident, an extreme act of revenge. If you recall there were many other such acts like that in the past, such as the one, where a Ph.D. student shot 5 professors and the one where an employee killed 22 and so on.

While for the sake of the safety of the innocent, such acts should not be condoned in any way, shape or manner, and the strictest law enforcement and community defense is to be brought into play, the root cause must be discouraged also. Understand, not ridicule in a free society.

All my friends are sexually active. Everyone makes fun of me because Iam a virgin. I don't feel in a rush to make a decision that could result in several different negative consequences and emotion baggage. What are some of the benefits of abstience? what are some of the disvantages of waiting? How do I know when Iam ready to make that decision?

I'm 22 and have lived in a variety of places since a child (due to my dads job), i have lived in manchester away from my family for 4 years now, but still don't feel its 'home'- and dont know where 'home' is. When people ask me where i'm from i struggle to answer the question! Consequently my accent is all over the shop! I feel this affects my identity a lot...

I get bored of people very easily. I can stand only very few folks- my family, and a couple of close friends for a longer time. I cannot stand boring conversation, and I think that sows on my face, as I recently found out. (One person actually asked if I were bored.) I cannot tolerate small talk.

In short, I want to have meaningful conversations, not silly, frivolous boring stuff about this actor's love life, and the neighbour's somestic affairs!

The problem is, as I said, I think without meaning to, I show my feelings on my face. I've tried and tried to stop it, but I think it still somehow shows... I don't want to be rude, and I dont want to hurt anybody.

Ideas? (Short of cosmetic surgery....)

Recently my family dog died. It ran out into our woods and got torn up by something pretty bad. I saw my dog run into the woods, it was dark so it instantly dissapeared. Next thing I hear is this awful yelp. I knew my dog was in trouble but i wasn't about to risk my neck for an animal. About 5 minutes later my dog reappeared. When it saw me it tried to run away but couldn't. It was alot slower then it usually is. It had an awkward limp. As I approached it i noticed blood. I carried it inside, got my mother and treated it wounds the best we could. My mom said she was going to take it to the vet the next morning. The next morning I didn't see the dog so I assumed it was safe and sound at the vet. My sister broke into tears telling me that it had died. I quickly noticed that I didn't care. My mom cared, sister cared....but i didn't. It was just a mutt without a soul, Its death made no difference to me. Lastly, im mad at my mom for making such a big deal of it.
