Because you have trouble taking responsibility for yourself and your actions. You don't want to acknowledge that you do control your choices in life and therefore the consequences. It takes strength to admit when you're wrong. It's like anything that you wish to be good at. You have to practice it.

I guess most of the time you do things the right way. And the times you take a fall or do things the wrong way, you do not notice this habit at first but you look for someone else to blame. I guess because when you blame them it make you feel like you did nothing wrong, so you can continue with your perfect way of life. Or it could just be that you hate taking responsibilities for your actions.

Well. it;s easier to blame someone else rather than to take the blame and the consequences yourself. However, at some point in your life you are going to have to accept personal responsibility for what you do and say and face up to the consequences. It's part of being an adult.

I think every one does this from time to time but as you mature you will do it less and try to better yourself by taking on the blame and fixing it.

i guess that everyone blames others, imnot saying tis normal but i think think that when something happens people dont know what to do and they start blaming others because this way they become less stressfull and they feel better about themselves

This seems like a natural human tendency to some extent, but the other half is that you have the cognitive ability to overcome this and stop yourself before you do.

The need to protect the ego results in denial. Denial defends the ego from having to admit mistakes.

I commend your honesty. Aren't we all guilty of this? at least sometimes. Obviously accepting accountability for your own actions is something you are not doing at present. You posted this question, so you recognize your problem, which means you are ready to address it. They say we all know the answers to our own problems, so maybe its time you answered yours, no matter how tough it is.
I wish you well.

Its basically an ego defense.
When you feel that there is no escape from the frustration you find channels to divert the distress to reduce its impact on oneself.
