you need to be in form because you have like a n important test coming up on which depends quite a
a lot . Moreover you have a paper to hand in which goes with this test. How do you calm down .
Some things have gone wrong and have worn me out, I wnat to stick it out for this test - I just do not
see how ? What do I do ? Some constructive comments ?

First clean your mullet, then moisturize and follow up with a hot oil treatment.

Lastly comb, blow dry and stroke your mullet as this will give you the sensation that all is right in the world!!!!

Learn to deal with things in order of priority. First you need to take this test. Focus only on that until it is over. Then move on to your other problems. People that have nervous breakdowns have them becaue they are trying to deal with everything at once.

Always make a list of what you need to do. Then put them in order of importance. Then deal with one thing at a time. You will not be able to do any of it successfully if your mind if cluttered with worry.

Get some good study time in so you'll feel more confident about the test. And studying more will take your mind off worrying about it. Do the best you can...whenever you can.

pull yourself together and remember how much it means to you to pass this test.you have to put all your other problem out of your mind and concentrate on you test .you can only take care of one problem at a time so pass your test first and then take care of everything else
