I noticed when i´ve been drinking, i want to go off and buy candy, which is something that i usually try not to do, as i´m trying to not gain weight, but when i´ve had a couple, i can barely resist it. the only thing that similarly fills up my tummy is if someone flirts with me or produces some sort of sexual arrousal. when i drink, i go on an undeniable pleasure fest, is this normal, especially the sweets part?

I have a fear of embarrassing myself in public. I don't have a fear of public places but I have a fear of either gettign sick to stomach or not making it to bathroom in time for the other thing. This is a stupid fear and I hate that it bothers me. I am trying to convince myself that stuff like this doesn't just happen to me. People get sick or something all the time out in public. I feel sometimes taht I'm almost suppose to be perfect. I'm very sociable but this fear bothers me. I know everyone has certian preferences. I do not like big crowds nor goign out in public much. I'm a homebody, and I'm happy with that. But when I do go out this is my fear. I have a minor case of IBS which I feel contributes to this fear. I have come to realization however I need to conquer this fear so I have basically told myself to get over it and that one I do not need to care what others think of me and that people will not judge me if I get sick or have to rush to bathroom.Is this how to conquer

This is about my husband and i really need help. He has been seeing such dreams often. The last one he told me was that he went to office and he is waiting for himself to come back home but he didn't. Second is there are riots happening outside home. People are killing each other. so he tries to run away. he sees lot of killings happening but nobody is doing anything to him.. suddenly someone comes to him and say .. oh! see , no point killing him. he is already dead. But the last night experice has been the worst. He woke up mid night and was in really bad state. The dream he saw was that someone is coming from the back and trying to kill him and scare him that he/it will kill him. the worst was the fear. he got so scared that in dream he decided to kill himself. and when he's doing that, the he/it laughs and goes away. when he woke up, he said the impact was so strong that he could have sleep walked and killed himself. Plz help. what do i do .. what does this mean?

No one has passed yet (thank God), but I started thinking about it. I'm particularly interested in feedback based on individuals' experiences with young kids and funerals, as well as child counselors/psychologists, who have educated insight on this matter. How young is too young to be exposed to this emotional experience, considering the death AND all the sadness at the funeral?

I agree with psychology and legal authorities that say physical discipline negatively affects children and sets the wrong example. I am amazed how many people disagree and believe it is the only way to get through to a child and to get them to behave...out of fear?

i was driving to my aunts when i had gotten there she was dead, but her spirit was there and she was taking care of me. i had gotten into a wreck on my way to see her and could no longer take care of myself. she was asking me what the last thing i remembered was.

when i went to sleep, again i had a confermation dream that yes, i had been in a car wreck and my aunt was dead.

when i woke , again i didn't go back to sleep. i want to know what those two dreams meant.

A friend of mine (we'll call her Amy) confided in me a few years ago that she was abused (sexually) when she was younger. Now she has been dating my best friend (who we'll call Frank) for about 6 months. I've talked to both of them, and they are both very much in love. But whenever Frank asks Amy about going further with the relationship (not sex or marriage, just more committed) she distances herself from Frank.

So here is my question: If someone was sexually abused as a child, can it deepen fear of commitment, or increase fear of getting closer to someone?

Obviously this is a very sensitive subject, so please only provide serious answers.

Are these just dreams?I live in Tampa area. About 7 years ago i had a strange dream. I was in my parents back yard and looked towards the southeast and saw a mushroom cloud. I knew in my dream it was Miami. Was scary dream and even though miami is about 7 hours drive , there was rocks falling on my head. Move forward. About 5-6 months before Tsunami's i had dreams of giant wave coming towards gulf coast of florida. Never thought about dream until Tsumani happend. Move forward. About 6 weeks before Katrina had another dream of a big wave but seemed to be caused by storm. Now i remembered 1st dream about three weeks ago when i had another one where i was high above a stadium looking down at it. 3 objects went down into the stadium and saw a big blast. In my dream i knew that the stadium was in Miami. The next thing is i was standing on ledge of a building and that building and all of the other buildings started falling but not like the WTC but like cig ashes. Is this just a dream

buying my weekly groceries and I put 3 gallons of white milk into my cart, like every week. This little boy (black) told his mother he thought I was being raciest! I looked into they're cart and they had 2 gallons of chocolate milk. Geeze, I cook with regular milk, not chocolate!! But I was called "racist" for buying my milk by this little boy!!!! I am being serious, this really happened, so what do you think?
