I eat carrots a lot and just because I like the taste but I can't see a thing in the dark

No, i heard that it can improve you eye sight and a lot of other things but can't make you see in the dark, or don't you think everyone would be eatting carrots?

This is a common fallacy. If you have a deficiency in vitamin A (which carrots have) you can have blurred vision in the dark. It is rare to have this problem though. Go ahead and eat carrots if you think you have this problem.

no, but your skin can turn an attractive orange colour.
Carrots do contain beta carotene which eyes need to stay healthy, but not sure about seeing better in the dark

Carrots contain retinol(Vit.A/Beta carotene) which improves your night vision. It doesn't make your eyes into a nightscope though.
