It depends on your situation.
1. Have you had sex lately? Do you want to have babies? Are you ready for babies?
2. Are you married ?
3. Are you expecting some new relationship?
Dreaming of babies could mean lots of things. It could mean fear if you don't want babies and dreaming of it is like a guilt conscience. However, if this is you what you want, then it means that you have a desire to have a new relationship.
However, if you watch movie/show/magazine about baby or have friends talked about babies, you can dream of it too. It all depends on your situation.

new born baby mean some one will tell you a good news or some one will give you a nice gift.
but if you dreaming them for about two months thats maybe mean you thinking to have a baby soon or you want to but you can not.
