im kind of like holden from catcher in the rye.. i get pissed a lot at other people for doing stupid things, doing things to make them look cool, talking stuff that they can't back up in any way. i usually get pissed with other people who r just stupid, i think a lot about stuff. Now im in high school (freshman), a really good one, like the best in nyc, and i still get pissed with the kids in my class. i just dont jump around like so much like i have a pole up my *** or something. The thing is that in this hs like douchebags brag about ****, like some hideous kid went out with a hideous slut from my old school and he brags about it and thinks hes the man and ****, while meanwhile all the kids who think theyre cool are conceited and would be losers anywhere else. like serious losers, im not just saying that. so anyway, some think im "emo" which is really stupid, because i actually hate emo kids. what in hell should i do to deal with these kids, who are like disillusioned losers

I grew up without my father in the household, but I was raised with my grandfather (and he was NOT a piece of cake, either). I have always been attracted to men a lot older than I am, even as a teenager. I have rarely had any interest in guys who were around my age. I am attracted to older men's maturity and wisdom. Even when I was 16, I liked a guy who was 24. I am now 23, and my boyfriend is 38. I really don't know why this is, but it seems logically obvious that it's b/c of the absence of my father. I don't feel that it has had an effect on me in that way, though. I still feel that even if I grew up with my father, I would probably be the same way. Do you think that might necessarily have anything to do with my attraction to older men?

Could anyone help me to write an apology for this situation.

I wrote down these dirty pick up lines and I let my friend have them for the rest of the day. And at the end of the day one of my teachers found out at the end of the day.I didnt know what was going on because it was like 3 girls and one boy around the teacher and they were laughing then wehn they saw me they laughed even harder. And then the teacher said I am disgusted she didnt say it to me but i heard it. Then I asked one of the girls did the teacher find out and she said yeah. What's even worse is I didn't have it my friend did and I guess he showed alot of people. My name isn't on it either. Now I don't know what to do.Im smart and I have always made honor roll and I've never been written up.Im in the 8th grade and im a boy.What should I do? I was also told to fake sick tomorrow and to deny it and say i found it on the ground.PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!

What kind of anonymous groups are there out there? I am just really curious. I know of AA (alcholics anonymous), NA (narcotics anonymous), and I have heard of but don't know if they are true: Sexual Compulsives anonymous, over eaters anonymous, gamblers anonymous, etc... Is there some list somewhere of all the different groups? I couldn't find any on the net, so any help would be great.

How do you get over someone you feel used you. How do get over feeling low about yourself because of it. Its a horrible feeling, to feel "scammed and devalued" as a person when you did all you could to do right by this person, especially knowing him for almost two years, someone you cared about and really seemed he cared about you. He has hurt me and on top of it treats me like I dont exist and he wants no part of me. I know he doesnt deserve me if he can do all this, but how can someone be this way. I feel forgotten by him, and as much of a jerk he is, it still hurts to be treated this way.
I dont trust anyone now, I see people differently, I dont have an open mind and its been six months since this all happened.

Okay i have this problem. I've only had sex twice so far. I've been practicing abstinence for almost two years now. I will admit i lost my virginity when i was 14. I've been watching porn since I was eleven. I've stopped. I was addicted to porn practically. Now i can get sex out of my head. i dream about everyday. People just look at me and know I am a freak. Sadly I have been having sex with myself. How can I erase sex from mind? I'm only 16 and I'm so sex obsessed.

I've seen a lot of studies that show that children are too busy, but recently I caught part of a news story (can't remember the station) that was talking about a study that said it was good for children to be constantly busy. I'd like to find that study and any other study along those lines.
